“Matthew Dotchon was my contact at Active - he was always available and patient with my questions. To change a long standing policy (Bupa) and be assured all the eventualities will be covered with a new policy was a considered event for me, so to have someone who was patient and helpful with my questions and saw me through the process with clarity was very much appreciated. He is an excellent ambassador for Freedom and I would recommend the service to anyone who asked me.”
