“I would just like to express my appreciation for the excellent standard of customer service and query ownership that Active Quote provided to me with regards to the Income protection policy I purchased using them as a broker. I was especially pleased with the Advisor H.JENKINS who delt with Trent Services, the insurance broker on my behalf regarding my query. Mr Jenkins kept me up to date at each point and relayed my evidence and explanations to the insurer. Regards Rob Gray”

“Lance Morgan was one of the most helpful and exceptional customer service representatives that I have come across in all of the UK!! As an American there were many terms that I was unfamiliar with and he was very patient to explain each one. He helped us understand the difference between each insurance option and made it easy for us to clearly see what we needed and wanted. The process was very quick and surprisingly painless.
