Disgusting company. Thieves is too polite a word…. Bought a cooker .. loads of problems and wouldn’t take it back as they said they had given me advice to make the cooker work… problem was that by the time they got back to me I had uninstalled it as they took nearly two weeks to get back to me …. Avoid avoid avoid …. Move on to nisbetts or H2 catering!!

Absolute shambles of a company !! Absolute shambles of a company !!! And the customer service is nothing short of disgusting ! After receiving my double bar fridge which was a 2 man delivery but they sent it one man, and I got him on camera dragging it out the van ! On opening it was damaged external and internal do I contacted them but no reply so I thought I’d let it stand and switch on next morning anyway it started up but it wouldn’t regulate and the temp was at -10 inside so I switched off. Sent another email and filled in a form for a return, they finally replied 5 days later offering me £30 or £40 voucher to spend on their website as in their opinion the damage wasn’t caused by dropping it ! So I filled in more forms and after another 5 days they accepted it needed returning , I had to pack it all back up and send photos in then they gave me a label and proceeded to arrange pick up 1 week later !! And once again only one man turned up to collect ! This was an 85kg package !! Heard nothing again so contacted them then after a week I got an email saying refund issued , it has taken 2 more weeks before the money had finally gone back into my bank !! This has gone on from start to finish around 5 1/2 weeks !! Causing stress and anger. I’d advise anyone who’s thinking of purchasing something to go elsewhere ! They are cheap for a reason. Horrible company to deal with.

ease stay away from this company I bought a fridge from this Company (wish I’d read their reviews beforehand). Alarm bells started ringing when they just left the fridge on our driveway, refusing to bring it in the house when they delivered it. We left the fridge to stand for 24 hours ( on their manual it said 12 hours) afterwards put the fridge on and set the temperature to 3 degrees. The fridge didn’t get cold. It kept fluctuating from 20 to 11 to 16 to 14. Never got to 3 degrees. Tried contacting them unsuccessfully online. Eventually sent an email and received a response see below: As you have confirmed that you left it to sit for 24 hours, we can proceed with your claim. To help us investigate and resolve your concern, we need the following documentation: Required Video Documentation: Please provide a short video showing: The product malfunction/issue (Please showcase you trying to set the temperature down, and it returning to a higher temperature. Additionally a video demonstrating the internal temperature of the fridge, through the use of a thermostat, will allow us to understand if the temperature matches the display or not) The data plate or serial number (clear view) The product's current location (is it ventilated?) Power connection/plug-in point (if applicable, if installed see below) Any additional details you consider relevant Installation Documentation: If your product required professional installation, please provide: Installation report from your qualified engineer (for water, gas, or electrical installations) Next Steps: Once we receive your documentation, we will forward it to the manufacturer for assessment Please allow up to one week for their response and our detailed guidance We will contact you as soon as we receive the manufacturer's feedback We appreciate your patience during this process. Why am I having to go through all this for a fridge that is 2 days old and no guarantee that it’ll be sorted as it says it’ll take a week. Meanwhile my business is severely affected as I needed it to keep meat products at a certain temperature. This is so upsetting. It has cost me £560 for a fridge that does not including money wasted on meat products.

I ordered three shelving/storage units from Adexa Direct. After six weeks, one of the three units remains undelivered. Whilst the non delivery is unacceptable it is their non existent customer service which is the infuriating part. It is the worse service I have ever come across. I can never get through on the telephone despite waiting in a queue for hours, they don't reply to e-mails or their online contact forms - an utter shambles of a company. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely appalling company. Avoid at all costs. We purchased 2 glass washers for our pub in May 2025 (cost £2,258.40), two months later and both have serious issues. Warranty is a joke, firstly they "lost" our warranty claim. A month later, nothing. Having spent 4 hours on the phone today, their response is we have to arrange and pay for an engineer, if any parts are faulty we have to prove they are. At which point they may pay a percentage of the parts cost.

Cant reach on their phone ringing 01788222410, waiting in a queue no 20 from morning. Item ordered for the next day delivery, but week later as of yesterday, no item, agent told about experiencing delays. Online Agent Sophie at least responded 1 message in ~ 2 hrs timeframe by sending their template message about taking 3-5 days for delivery. No proper communication where and when exactly this will be delivered, yet cant cancel without Incurring fees even so Adexa Direct fault, not customers Requested refund, but they want to impose fees. Incompetence at its best. Buy elsewhere even at higher price, its not worth the hassle and timewaste.

Absolutely terrible experience with Adexa. They hung up on me multiple times, were extremely rude on the phone, and after 20 days and 5 emails I still received no response about the item I bought. Zero customer service, zero accountability. If you value your money and time, stay far away from this company.

Simply awful experience. Recieved notification from them goods were despatched then the goods did not arrive. Then when I complained by email, they said the goods had not despatched despite their paperwork saying it had. Tried to call them to find out when the goods would arrive and was caller 29 in the queue. Waited 40 minutes abd only moved 3 places. Tried emailing 6 more times and no response. I still have no idea if my item will ever arrive. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Absolutely the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order worth £300, and while one item arrived, the other never did. I’ve sent countless emails with ZERO response, no tracking number, no updates, nothing. I’ve wasted over 4 hours of my life sitting on hold trying to get through to “customer service” (if you can even call it that), and still no help. Their customer service is non-existent, and completely useless. This company is a disgrace — they’re quick to take your money but vanish the second you need help. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Spend your £300 somewhere else with a business that actually values its customers.

I wish i had read the reviews before placing an order with this company. Paid for next day delivery and still waiting a week later. Email comm's is the worst i have experienced and all that i was sent was a tracker that obviously they didn't read as it just says DPD have received order confirmation but are awaiting the goods. Sat on the phone waiting for an hour but gave up. Absolute joke of a company

Absolutely SHOCKING company to deal with. No delivery after 18 days from order and impossible to get hold of. No one answers any emails and the online chat, they just tell you to wait longer. How these people sleep at night, I really don’t know. AVOID this company or you will be dissapointed.

I paid for next day delivery and after 9 days it still hasn't arrived. I have rung twice and waited over an hour on the phone, then phone was discontinued. I have emailed them but have still had no reply. Don't expect your delivery to arrive!!!!

Like many others on here - absolutely impossible to contact. Missing parts and impossible to assemble. After completing the online form it looks like they want to charge for the priveledge of returning it and we have pay for shipping!! If anyone is thinking of buying from this s&%t company- DON'T!

Like most of the other reviews on here, Awful quality items, both our products were damaged and broken. They give no customer service service at all, If your lucky to get hold of anyone which is probably the same as winning the lottery. They have procedures in place which cost you money and jump through endless hoops to get any kind of refund for damaged and broken items. This is how they get away with selling faulty unusable items. Trading Standards should be ashamed that they have been out witted by this cunning company.

They're totally uncontactable. The phone line is just pretend. First time I called I was "2nd in the queue", I I stayed 2nd for 55 minutes and just gave up. Today I was 12th in this pretend queue, waited another 34 minutes and guess what, I was still 12th... Tried using the online chat, it took 4 hours for them to get back to me with an automated response saying that there was no one available. AVOID. After 2 deliveries I have only received half my order, I have no idea if I can expect the rest or if its simply been forgotten because I cant contact anyone! Awful company.

Absolutely awful! Do Not use this useless company, 3 weeks after paying for overnight delivery, still no fridge, they had decided to refund the fridge which still is not in my account. DO NOT EVER USE THESE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Rude, uncaring and just dreadful.
