Worst company to deal with. Sell you products damaged and then turn it so it’s the customers fault and washes their hands with you. Disgusting

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARISTS. Should of read the other reviews before buying. Ordered two fridges, one turned up with some damaged packaging we accepted the delivery and checked it to find the glass was shattered and i e mailed them the same day as delivery. E mailed adexa 3 times with no response, finally got a response which was we will offer you £30 to keep it. ( I did not want a fridge with shattered glass door on show in our brand new bar believe it or not) I told them i did not want to keep and wanted a replacement to be told you accepted the delivery so you have got to keep it. HONESTLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING.

Lack of basic customer service, I ordered some trays and dome, but received smaller dome and large trays. Adexa failed to send me what I ordered and did not take much care about the mistake. So I have paid for something which is useless, lost my money and time. Absolutely frustrating. Think twice before placing order with them coz once u paid your money u will not get even the basic after sales service

Please do not order from this company. They sent out the wrong item. I emailed them regarding this. Then 4 days later i got a reply. They want me to return the item but are wanting me to pay a 25% restocking charge, because i do not have the original box! Even though its there mistake. What a joke. Customer service is terrible. Please do not order from this company. Just read the other reviews here. I wish I had before I ordered!

Delivered faulty and unusable goods which were dropped at the step. Driver gave to my partner then left before he had a chance to look at the item. They then refused to give us a refund or allow us to return it without paying for it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We are a small charity and cannot afford to replace the equipment.

Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. Coffee machine was faulty and stopped pulling milk through after around 6 weeks of low use. Approx. 6 weeks of back and forth with customer service to say they will take it back at my expense but only to get it inspected by engineers before issuing a voucher for an alternative. Its a good job we dont have a high trade for coffee otherwise we would be alot of income down - Most companies would send an replacement or refund but not these guys. I thought this was a safer purchase than using amazon or ebay but it seems even third party sellers are more helpful and more supportive than Adexa

Would give 0 stars if possible, processed my order, card came up as invalid, nothing came out of my bank. Placed an order several minutes later, order went through. Got 2 confirmation emails that both orders have gone through. As this was a Friday, I contacted them through live chat straight away to say the order had gone through twice and how could this be rectified. They still sent 2 out, when I contacted them to say this needs to be returned, I was sent the t's and c's and asked to accept the clauses of return, which we don't as we were in the timeframes of requesting a return. This was 30th September, after multiple attempts, of contacting, to get the returns label, I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 4 minutes, after being told just hold while I get the details. Absolutely disgusting service.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. After a delivery debacle the milk frothing unit on an expensive coffee machine stopped working after only 1 month of use, apprently they won't do anything unless a 'qualified catering engineer' (which isn't even a qualification) does report, which would likely cost £100s even if you can find someone to do it. No other solutions offered after waiting on hold for over an hour to even talk to them. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst service ever. No one replies, they take your money, they give you a faulty product, they don’t stick to there policy of calling back or giving support. Absolutely appalling customer service

An absolute joke of a company. All they are interested in is shifting products and if any customer services are required, forget it and their returns policy is non-existent. Their products are poor and their huge web discounts are violating trading standards as they were never on sale for original price. Just showing 70% to entice you in. If you buy from this company then you are taking a huge gamble in my experience.

Product delivered promptly but one out of eight was broken when unpacked. Alexa refused to replace as their terms require immediate unpacking and checking before allowing delivery to be signed. Try telling that to your courier!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Fridge delivered for Dr's surgery - not fit for purpose as temperature fluctuates wildly. Customer service being very difficult and not responding. Will be taking legal advice and contacting Trading Standards

The WORST customer experience I have ever received. After using Adexa as a loyal customer having no issues with them for the past few years I placed a next day delivery order on 15th October for 9 tables and 9 table bases. The tables did not arrive next day and after ringing the help desk and staying on hold for over an hour I was told the tables would be with me the following day. The following day came and the tables did not arrive. I spent another hour on hold waiting for Adexa to pick up the phone and was told that the table tops would be here for friday and the bases would be another week. They said that was OK. I told them a table top is no good without a table base and I was told not to be rude to them!!! I was then promised 50% discount which has never surfaced. Half of the order arrived with parts missing, table tops and table bases missing. I rang again, another hour on hold and was promised someone would get back to me. They did not. I then rang back again today and was told they hadn't even placed a re order for the missing parts. This is 10 days on. I have asked several times to speak to a manager and was told it is not company policy for managers to speak to customers and that this policy has worked well for their successful 5 year old business. The level of customer service has been nothing short of SHOCKING. This company steal your money (which has been mentioned in many reviews on this page) and Highly advise against using them. They do not care about their customer at all.

A bunch of thieves! I purchased a freezer from this company, because it was showing as in stock and a delivery between 3-5 working days. I needed the freezer urgently. After 5 days, I called to ask when the freezer was being delivered, I was told the following week, but wasn't given a specific date. I called mid week, the following week and still no delivery date; the following day a tracking link was applied to my order, however, that link didn't work and there updates! 10 days later, having had no further updates, I asked to cancel the order. I was then told the order was ready to be dispatched from the courier depot! Strange that, how up until that point, I was provided with any updates, then all of the sudden, I was being told it was due to be delivered, but I still didn't have a delivery date! So I said I wanted to cancel the order; I was told it couldn't be cancelled as it was with the dispatch depot; so I called the dispatch depot and told them not to deliver the item as it had been cancelled. So it was possible to cancel the order, but Adexa customer service, couldn't be bothered! I was told by Adexa when the item had been returned I would be refunded. I received, via email, acknowledgment of my refund, which has had 48% deducted from the full amount paid!! I've invoked a section 75 and sent a strongly worded email to Adexa. There are better companies out there, that don't try to rip you off, find another company; as Adexa are shocking and thieves!

POSSIBLY THE WORST COMPANY i HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Do not buy from them..!! They may appear good value, but be warned, the quality of the items is shocking, plus when you complain it is simply ignored, then when you wait for responses promised they are ignored. Over £1100 spent on a catering appliance, that failed after being used twice. door broken, falling apart, plastic screen instead of glass and cracked, seals falling off. I was asked to obtain a specialist engineers report and photos, to then be told 'from the evidence i have supplied, they are satisfied i have deliberately damaged the item, therefore voided the warranty and so end of any further discussion'. So I paid for a survey, to simply demonstrate the extent of defects, as I am not supposedly qualified to tell them, then told that is evidence to help them not repair or refund something that cannot be used after just 2 uses. I now need to purchase another - obviously a reputable company and replace. Customer services are as bad as the products - KEEP WELL CLEAR.

TERRIBLE company - we bought two new fridges for doctors surgeries. Not fit for purpose as temperature kept fluctuating. Co.pany refused to help in any way - no refund, no collection - no compensation for lost vaccines. Looking at other reviews, definitely a co.pany to avoid at all costs - shallbe referring on to Trading Standards.
