Freezer was delivered damaged. The delivery was not accepted and returned on the same day. A ‘very helpful’ Customer Services refused to send a replacement or refund my payment. Instead she eventually offered a redelivery of damaged (!) freezer for £120! Or refund cancel with full fees of £144, £120 and 25%. I am currently building court case against Adexa. If anyone here had similar experience and would like to help please contact me on egetleyatgetleyuk.co.uk

Bought an oven which burns food on the bottom and leaves it raw on top. I don't even know how that's possible. The lowest setting on the stove is far too high and the outside of the oven becomes dangerously hot when in use. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I hate being ripped off like this and hope there is some justice for the people who are profiting off such a blatant and deliberate scam.

Appalling is not a word I use lightly; it is fully justified here. From start to finish the experience was an ordeal, compounded only by the worst customer service I've ever experienced and for which Eloise takes the medal! I only resolved it by seeking legal advice. Quick summary: we bought a bbq, but they sent a table. When I queried it they said it wasn't their fault. The provided a very complex returns procedure to make it difficult to send things back. I followed it to the letter and the courier they sent provided proof that the wrong had been returned to them. They denied they had received it back. I pointed them to the evidence and they said they would have to have an internal investigation which was always ongoing and never came to a conclusion. They refused to give me my money back and started ignoring me. Fortunately I had paid by AmEx who were able to look into the matter, found in my favour and were able to retrieve the money for me. Says it all. The whole process lasted for almost two month. Avoid Adexa with a barge pole!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Bought a brand new bar fridge a few weeks ago and received it today. The delivery driver dumped it on the path outside our bar got us to sign the paperwork and drove off immediately. On opening the packaging (which afforded no protection whatsoever) we found that the glass was broken on the doors, there was chips out of it all over the paintwork and the top corner was damaged. I then proceeded to call customer services who said as I used a company account and I didn’t unpack the item in front of the delivery driver and send it straight back with him I had no right to complain about a product which isn’t for for purpose. Was then told I would have to arrange and pay myself to send it back to them and I would have to pay them a fee of £145 admin charge for them to receive it and that even then I would only get a partial refund!!!!!!

I cannot begin to express the level of frustration and disappointment I experienced while dealing with Adexa Direct during the purchase of 30 heating lights. Their customer service was not just horrible; it was an absolute nightmare. It felt like a never-ending ordeal that lasted for an excruciating two months. And the worst part? It had nothing to do with the items being out of stock, but rather their mind-numbingly terrible organization between the sales team and financial department. Let's start with their sales representative, Sim. Never have I encountered such an astonishingly rude and unhelpful individual. It seemed as though his sole purpose was to make our lives miserable. Instead of assisting us with our questions and concerns, he consistently displayed a complete lack of respect, professionalism, and basic human decency. Dealing with Sim was like a painful journey into the depths of customer service incompetence. As if that weren't enough, the delivery process was a circus of disorganization. Adexa Direct's delivery system seemed to operate on chaos and confusion. Time and time again, we faced unnecessary delays and complications due to their inability to coordinate their own services effectively. But that's not even the worst part. Brace yourself for this: they had the audacity to try and overcharge us because their utterly clueless delivery driver couldn't find our address. It was a surreal experience, as if they were intentionally going out of their way to aggravate us further. My blood boils just thinking about the abysmal experience I had with Adexa Direct. They are a company that epitomizes everything that can go wrong with customer service. Their complete lack of organization, professionalism, and empathy is simply mind-boggling. If you have any regard for your sanity and well-being, steer clear of this abomination of a company. Spare yourself the unimaginable frustration and choose a competent and customer-focused business for your needs. Adexa Direct should serve as a cautionary tale for anyone seeking to avoid a truly torturous ordeal.

DO NOT USE. Ordered a wine fridge from Adexa they delivered it but upon inspection noticed it was damaged the door has a big dent in it after calling for 3 weeks they refuse to take it back and have said I should of checked it and refused delivery. They will not replace it or give a partial refund. They say our photos of the damage are not good enough which is a lie and not true. They have told us we have to pay (for their mistake) for a pallet and delivery back to them which is about £240. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Absolutely no customer service very rude don't care about what right or wrong just the money. They are not trustworthy.

I wish I could give zero star. DON NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ADEXA. Basically it’s a scamming company, I have got all evidence to prove what I said and I hope someone stop this company. We received a B grade item and they sent the first part and after almost 5 weeks we didn’t get the second part of our fridge, basically we got half fridge for the price of one full one( our fridge come with under counter and top counter) I sent more than 20 emails and call more than 50 times and they always said it’s on our delivery schedule. After 5 weeks we didn’t receive anything. Then last time I call the lady over the phone said we can’t do anything for you and you can’t get refund or exchange!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don’t attempt to buy from them because they are cheap. That is the reason they sell cheap stuff as you never get what you ordered. If anyone don’t believe what I said they can contact me and I have got all the emails and call logs.

Terrible purchase experience. Terrible purchase experience. I never received the items. I purchased it on 1/7/23, and today is 11/7/23. I still have not yet received the items. I called customer service, and they said they could not let me know when and on what date I would receive it. I have no idea where is my orders. Very disappointed customer service.

I am extremely disappointment and frustration with the entire experience of purchasing a freezer from this company. It has been a complete nightmare from the very beginning, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others. I placed my order for a new freezer on Friday, 09/06/2023, after confirming with their live chat support that if I paid an additional £60 for weekend delivery, I would receive the product by the following day. As a business owner, it was crucial for me to have the new freezer to replace our broken one and prevent any further damage to our stock, which was worth at least £1,000. To my dismay, the freezer did not arrive as promised on the confirmed day. Frustrated and concerned, I immediately reached out via email on Saturday, 10/06/2023, seeking an explanation for the delay. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from them since then. Their lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude. Seeking a resolution, I decided to call their customer service on Monday, 12/06/2023. To my disbelief, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to even let me explain the situation. She abruptly hung up on me without addressing my concerns. It was a shocking display of disrespect towards a paying customer. In a feeble attempt to appease me, the customer service representative offered a mere £30 as compensation for the late delivery. This gesture was unacceptable, as the stock we had at stake was valued far greater than that amount. I insisted on speaking with a manager to rectify the situation, but the representative claimed that she would put us on a list and request the manager to contact us within five days. To my utter dismay, the manager never bothered to reach out to us. Fed up with their lack of professionalism, we called them again after a week to express our continued disappointment and remind them that we were still awaiting a response from the manager. Once again, they assured us that they would make a note and request the manager to contact us promptly. However, it has now been almost a month, and we have not received any communication from the manager or any other representative. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction, the lack of communication, and the unfulfilled promises have left me utterly dissatisfied with this company. The level of unprofessionalism and negligence demonstrated throughout this entire ordeal is simply unacceptable. I also made a specific request for the company to notify us at least one hour in advance of the delivery, so that the delivery person would not have to wait unnecessarily. Unfortunately, this message was not relayed to the delivery personnel at all. As a result, the delivery person had to go deliver elsewhere and then return to our shop, causing further delays. I want to acknowledge that the delivery person himself was very professional and handled the situation well, despite the miscommunication from the company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We placed one order and when we tried to pay the payment failed and page reverted to previous screen asking us again to choose the card type. We thought we chose the wrong card type 1st time so we tried again and it worked. we have been presented with the confirmation page. So we thought all is good and we just wait for out order but we noticed we received 2 separate order emails and they too money twice that is when we realised that payment went through twice. We thought we will just call them and ask them to refund one order only to be told that we will incur a 5% fee if we want to cancel. We pointed out to them that it was a failure on their side as their system failed to show the order confirmation page first time but these guys are insanely rude and simply do not know what customer service is. We never order from they again, have been disgusted by this experience.

I ordered a vacuum sealer on the 5th May which was faulty. After dealing with the worst customer service representative in my life, Morgan, and sending 4 videos showing the item was faulty and explaining a bunch of times what the issue was they finally allowed me to return it. The item was collected on June the 14th which shows how long it took to get the return sorted - after this I heard nothing.... I called them on the 5th July asking for an update and its still in the warehouse waiting to be seen as they have so many returns the engineers can not cope.... this speaks volumes about the products. If you are lucky enough to get a working product and not deal with customer service I am very jealous. Like others have written it looks like they only listen to solicitors and legal threats.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS Used/refurbed/returned clearance rubbish sold as new. Inflated prices with false discounts to trick buyers. Customer service is a joke and will not accept any responsibility, insisting on fees for returning damaged and poor-quality products in blatant disregard of consumer law.

NEVER ORDER FROM ADEXA DIRECT! I was refused a refund for a smashed up item I was sent based on their 'policy' but when I reviewed their policy online it was clear that I was in the right and the company was not providing the customer support stated on their website. I have had to pay for an unusable, smashed up plastic storage box. Plus the delivery was two weeks late and I had to chase it three times!!!

I would not recommend Adexa . They have no customer service . They have no interest when one of there items is faulty. Asking me to take video then telling me to get a quote for parts only then telling me it’s my fault for not reading there customer policy on faulty Goods. I will never use them again

Beware of this shoddy firm, I’d bought from this lot years ago and the order was perfect, this time haha perfect wouldn’t even be on the same page. Website states 3-5 working day delivery, we’re now on day 8 and they hadn’t even despatched the order. Now this wasn’t an order for an entire restaurant’s worth of kit, no just one measly tabletop pizza oven. Customer service was just of the opinion “that is just a guide, we’re trying to despatch orders as quickly as possible, couldn’t even tell me if despatch would even happen in the near future. Needless to say cancelled the order, and they’ve had the audacity to skim off 25 percent for a “restocking fee” restocking of what? You didn’t even pick the product from the shelf. I’ll be putting together a claim for that remaining 25 percent be sure of it. Just read the flurry of other pants reviews this companies had and you’ll see there’s no smoke without fire. How some of the exec’s even have the Gaul to list this place on their LinkedIn is almost comical.
