Do not deal with this company...ever. They send you shoddy broken goods and then charge you if you try to return the goods. They seem to know every dodgy trick in the book and are very aggressive, unpleasant and dishonest. Their contempt for customers knows no limits. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Stay away for this company!!! If something happen to the product that you buying from them. You only have 14 days of waranty!!! I bouth a shelving unit from them and after one month one of the wheel broke and I contact them to ask for the remplace of the wheel and because pass the 14 days they dont want to remplace!! I request manufacture waranty and they dont want to pass the details of manufacture so I can get my waranty

My recent experience with Adexa has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I encountered their services, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. First and foremost, their delivery process is utterly flawed. Despite the fact that our order took nearly three weeks to arrive instead of the promised 3-5 days, they had the audacity to enforce a stringent "inspect upon delivery" policy. When we attempted to inspect the items, the driver hastily left, leaving us with damaged goods and no recourse. What's more, their so-called "terms of contract" are nothing short of predatory. The combination of exorbitant admin fees, pallet fees, and a 20% charge based on the item's value is nothing less than a blatant money grab. It's as if they deliberately set out to squeeze as much money as possible from their customers. To add insult to injury, when we attempted to address our concerns, we were met with stubborn inflexibility. Their refusal to consider our situation and their lack of empathy were astounding. We ultimately accepted their pitiful offer of a refund, but not without a firm decision never to do business with [Company Name] again. We also feel compelled to warn others about their unfair and customer-hostile policies. In conclusion, Adexa epitomizes the worst aspects of business practices. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this company at all costs.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! We have been a customer of Adexa for a couple of years, due to expansion we ordered 2 additional stainless steel tables in advance of our move to a new unit. When we unpacked both tables a couple of weeks later they were severely dented on one side. The packaging is unfit for purpose and Adexa won't replace as we didn't check and report within 24 hours!!!! We won't be using this company ever again!!

Quite possibly the worst retailer on the internet, i received damaged goods from them to the value of £46.67 including postage. The item was then opened a few days later when needed for a BarBq to find a crack across the plate. This was reported and they then quoted this which is illegal under UK law "As stated in our terms and conditions all damage must be reported within 24 hours" I then proceeded to let them know with a photograph of the damaged goods, to which they then expected me to pay the returned costs which due to the weight would have been substantial to the value of the item. After contacting Consumer Rights and Barclaycard, both backed my case and they have since been reported to trading standards for the T&C which are legally incorrect. I warn anyone against using this company as they will do everything in there power to sell faulty goods and make returns as difficult and costly to the buyer

avoid!!! purchased a potato peeler machine, after getting the machine installed by a qualified technician the machine did not turn on with the start button however it did work with the out button. after contacting adexa they said i needed to send a video of the issue, fair enough! after that they then needed an installation report in order to make sure that the problem was there from when it was installed. after that they then wanted me to get the engineer to come around, again, (out of my own pocket) to see if they would be able to find what the issue is and to give a quote so that adexa would "consider to cover the cost of." the engineer tested the machine and the different components but was not able to identify precisely where the fault was coming from or what was causing it. again after reaching out to adexa they have now said that i would need to find an alternative engineer to be able to assess the fault (again out of my own pocket as adexa dont cover costs for call outs except for parts) or other wise send the item back where i would have to pay for postage plus a 25% restocking fee even though the item was originally defective!!! i would avoid adexa under all costs even though it is cheaper, the customer service is non existent and besides for putting you on hold every 2 minutes and repeating the exact same thing no matter what the answer is they dont do anything else

Cheap and unreliable delivery arrangements - tracking is a work of fiction. Customer service disinterested and hide behind ‘it says estimated’ when delivery is still outstanding after 13 days on a 3-5 day published delivery advice. Avoid at all cost

Company is a rip off and scam, They purposely send out broken or faulty goods and don’t tell you about the delivery terms to then literally laugh at you down the phone when you call to complain and request a refund.

I bought a set of shelves from them. I built them straight away on a Friday afternoon. I wasn't at my desk again till Monday morning when I reported the problem. Because it was less than 24 hours after I received them they wouldn't do anything about it.

Easily the most disappointing company I've ever encountered. Their attitude is consistently rude and arrogant. The level of customer service is shockingly low, with a complete lack of concern and responsiveness. Communication seems to be a burden to them, as they either ignore inquiries or provide dishonest answers. They gladly accept your payment but show zero interest afterward. They offer no genuine assistance whatsoever. In the face of any issue, their default approach is to blame the customer. A prime example was when they wrongly accused me of not being present during a delivery attempt. I had to resort to sharing CCTV footage just to prove my presence. Despite providing undeniable proof, it still took an entire week to finally receive the goods, even though I had paid extra for next-day delivery. The equipment arrived a full seven days late and four days after the event for which it was purchased. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Company is a scam. Products are faulty and no refund. Their formal complaints procedure is contacting them via websites contact form and they never reply. How do they get away with it?!

Ordered an urgent item marked on website as 2-3 days delivery and paid extra for fast delivery. Did not come. No info from Adexa. When I queried they said that probably their website had not updated in time when someone else ordered and now a week to wait. Asked to cancel and they tried to hit us with 5% charge. Never addressed the issue properly in emails - rude customer service. We will get a chargeback on the card, but a hassle - do not use them is my advice

I purchased an urn 2 months ago the Item stopped heating the water and I have nothing but really bad customer service by someone named Elosie the person that oversees their email needs serious training around customer services, no one ever answers the phone so what are people supposed to do? Why are they not being investigated? I have spent a week going back and forth asking to make a formal complaint but the same person responds to my emails asking me to send an engineers report? have no idea what is going on but they definitely need to be investigated. I have reported them to Trading Standards but nothing has been done... Customer service rating is a 0 but that wasn't an option....

terrible customer service! I ordered and nothing.. I emailed no reply.. I called and was put on hold for an hour each time then cut off, so I tried calling sales, they answered straight away or course! but I asked for help and they said they couldn't! terrible service please dont shop here

So upset by the experience with Adexa - mixer blew up in my hand on second use. I called customer service and they told me take a video of it. I said I didn't want to plug it in as dangerous and he said 'I cant make it any more simple for you, plug it in and take a video'. I repeated it was dangerous and he said well then 'wear gloves' . I emailed the company and after a big delay they have replied and said they wont accept it back unless they have an engineers report first. For a HAND MIXER!
