“ This was 30th September, after multiple attempts, of contacting, to get the returns label, I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 4 minutes, after being told just hold while I get the details. ”

“ An absolute joke of a company. All they are interested in is shifting products and if any customer services are required, forget it and their returns policy is non-existent. Their products are poor and their huge web discounts are violating trading standards as they were never on sale for original price. Just showing 70% to entice you in. If you buy from this company then you are taking a huge gamble in my experience. ”
