Apauled by the pressure sale tactics and complete disregard for customer services. Ive tried to call the office 10 times in one day to discuss the poor service and ive been totally ignored by management and general staff. Be very carfull with this company . Pressure sale and i assume comission sraff are awful. G

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COULDN'T KEEP APPOINTMENTS Wednesday, contacted online for estimate. Polite lady got back k to me, said they could be there today, unfortunately I could not make it. So asked for Thursday pm, 1ST APPOINTMENT. They rang Thursday morning to say could they come now, unfortunately I couldn't hence I made the appointment for the afternoon. They call Thursday afternoon about 4.30pm to say they couldn't make it they had been held up... to be honest I wasn't expecting them after it got dark for obvious reason. They asked could they come tomorrow, Friday I explained I would only be around between 10am and 1pm. They said they would call between that time when on their way, 2ND APPOINTMENT. Received phone call about 2.15pm to say they has someone free to come round. I explained again the conversation of yesterday and i wold be in Saturday am. The gentleman asked if they could put me down for first call between 8 and 9am save me waiting around all day, I replied that would be great, 3RD APPOINTMENT. 9.30am I called to ask if someone were on their way. The gentleman put me on hold for a couple of minutes. Came back to me and asked if he could call me back. I said yes could you do this within half an hour. His response was I will try, I explained this this was the THIRD APPOINTMENT they had made and I didn't find this very professional. His response was well sorry but it's not my fault. Explained again that this was unprofessional and could he please get back to me within half an hour whether he could get hold of the fitter or not, his response was, I will try we are busy. NOW GONE 10.15AM AND STILL HEARD NOTHING. Very sorry I even bothered with this company and will not be recommending them to anyone NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH A COMPANY!!!

What a joke, took an afternoon off work for a 1-6pm appointment. After three telephone conversations i was assured an engineer would arrive, 5.20 the call comes, no engineer ! They advertise same day, what a joke, can’t even deliver next day, stay clear from these jokers !!!

Engineer arrived and gave an extortionate quote! When I turned this down immediately the company rang me and offered another quote £50ish less. Engineer fitted dish and connected and didn't try freesat/television for us! He thought batteries in the remote were flat so said "you'll have to do it manually" and then left. When I checked, the plug was out at the back and the two cables he connected were loose and had come out! I had to finish the job myself. Would not recommend to have this done again by you! The only thing in your favour is that you turned up when you said you would! I got the feeling that because I refused your first quote that the engineer wasn't the least bit interested in me at all!

Booked a 9-12 slot on a Monday having taken time off work. Rang at 1pm to ask where the engineer is and to be told I’m the next job. Rang again at 2,3 and 4pm and was told he’s on his way. Got a call at 5pm to say he’s not coming now until the next day. So I had to book the following day off work expecting an early visit but he didn’t come until 2pm. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and also had to pay £200 to put the tv on the wall using my exsisting bracket. So effectively screw some holes in wall and put some screws into the tv to hang cost £200.

The guy who came out was a con man - my mother in law is a pensioner and he quoted £289 to install a TV cable into the kitchen using the existing aerial cable that went into the lounge. All he had to do was create a join and run a cable through to the kitchen. Thankfully I knew he was trying it on and I told him straight out that the price he quoted was ridiculously over priced. He then realized he was about to lose the job and immediately reduced the price down to £167. He then said if we didn't proceed with the job he would have to charge £49.99 fee for checking that the signal from the aerial was good enough. The fact that he was going to charge us £49.99 regardless of whether we proceeded with the job we were left no choice but to proceed with the job at £167.00. I still feel this is overpriced considering he only had to create a join to an existing aerial cable and run a new cable into the kitchen and fit a magic eye. Even with providing a magic eye I still feel the price we paid was too much. Oh and I was really annoyed when after 30 minutes into the job I caught the guy sitting comfortably in an armchair in the lounge watching the sports channel. When I walked in on him he got up and began working again. This guy was a joker! I will never use this company again and anyone doing so should do so with caution. Those who do I prey to god you don't get the same guy we did.

I requested to have the satellite dish that was already at my house checked to see whether it would work with my own receiver box. The engineer took almost two hours to do this with long breaks during which he would disappear and go back to his van to smoke. After two hours he called another colleague to understand what the problem was as he was not able to fix the problem. Then he said that the existing satellite dish and my receiver were both too old and that I would not be able to see all the channels. Meanwhile another hour went by. He said that I would need a new satellite dish and a new receiver but he needed to go back to the company to pick a new receiver. He said he would be back in 20 minutes and he returned almost an hour later. When he left five hours had gone by and I was asked to pay more than 550 pounds. Soon after he left I discovered that the receiver for which I paid 200 pounds was available on the market for 70 pounds as it was an old model. I called the company and emailed them to complain about the poor service and the excessive costs but no one from the company ever discussed this with me nor did they reply to my email to give an explanation. Overall, extremely disappointed about the poor service and the highly over-priced items sold to me.

Not recommended. Done the job but for 20 minute charged 227 , be careful what you agree as they are trained to take your money.

To expensive then phone you and offer you it cheaper for 48?hours. So give better price at the beginning.

The fitter came and fit a new aerial however he lifted the lead flashing on my chimney stack and has just left it open for water to get in. I have contacted aerial force 3 times for it to be fixed they keep saying we will look into it and someone will call me back however they never do each day i have to contact them instead and get the same answer. I will be contacting again today!!!

I think I have been deceived. I was charged £880 odd to have a dish installed, some cable run into my house and a TV fitted. I was told my did not work (although it was fine before). I provided the bracket. I am obtaining comparable quotes and will approach watchdog is necessary.
