Do not use this company!!! Complete time wasters. We booked to have an aerial installed on Saturday and were told they would be with us between 11am -6pm. Waited home all day (noting this was the weekend before Xmas!) By 4pm they had not arrived. We called them and were told they were still on there way. By 6pm no one had arrived and when trying to call them after this their offices were closed. Having called them today we were told they would be with us by 11am, at 5pm no one had arrived. No explanation as to the 2 previous failed visits. Stay away. They are rude and incompetent

Terrible company. Awful customer service. They let me down 3 times! I advised them that I needed an appointment Friday before 11am as I had a funeral to go to. Engineer called me at 10.15 saying he would be an hour so we had to cancel. I called them and booked an appointment for the Saturday (the next day). They said I would be the 1st appointment around 8am. I called them at 9am as no one had turned up and they had no record of my appointment. I complained and they said they would send someone at 5pm. Called them at 4pm to check the 5pm appointment was still OK. It wasn't! Apparently the engineer was stuck on a job, but didn't bother to call me to advise me. Awful service and I do not recommend them at all. I changed other appointments to wait in for them, disgusting service.

Terrible Company waited in all day only for them to cancel on a unstable pensioner - would never trust them and they lie to you on the phone

The engineer turned up drunk. The company took no responsibility for this and their 'customer service' will not speak to me on the phone. Disgusting company, cowboys DO NOT USE!!!!!

Had a CCTV fitted 6 months ago, on the advice from the police, £799 Keeps crashing can’t log in, they say we have to pay £85 plus Vat, poor service,passing the buck, don’t use them, now seeking leagal advice

Almost identical experience to another reviewer. I rang on a Saturday and was told someone would be around by 6pm. At 5pm I had a call to say the engineer was held up and would be around on Monday AM before 1pm. At 12 on Monday I had a call to say the engineer was held up and would be around in the afternoon. I cancelled and got someone else.

VERY POOR JOB. CANNOT TRUST THEM. WAY OVER PRICE I had contacted Aerial force to check my TV antenna. I had requested for an aerial change. The engineer came on Saturday and said that my aerial is fine, but I need a new booster. My aerial is fitted in my loft which is a fully boarded floor. The engineer said that the charge for the booster would be £155 including the fitting charge. After the fitting, I checked online and found out that the booster is only £25. The fitting that the engineer did was sticking the booster on the timber with a tape. I am extremely disappointed for being charged way over price. In addition to that a very poor service, no fitting has been done. I had sent several emails after the service however, nobody got back to me. I kindly request for a refund for this. It is a huge disappointment on the company and I feel cheated for the wrongly priced item.

You installed an Ariel and put on your invoice that it was picking up a signal from Hemel Hempstead it faces Crystal Palace and the signal keeps breaking up as it faces the wrong way when I asked you to help sort out the lack of signal you refused to help unless I pay again I paid £ 300 for original incorrect installation Beware of this company they are not honest people I even suggested we share the cost of the visit to rectify the problem which they refused , they did say they would not charge the VAT which also demonstrates there dishonesty

Terrible....turned up before time for first appointment so I was out ...didn’t turn up at all for the next two. Absolutely dreadful time wasting idiots.

I called on a Saturday and was told someone would come out the same day by 6pm. Late afternoon I got a call to say the engineer was held up and couldn’t come. I was told someone would come between 8am and 10am on Tuesday. I took a day off work. At 10am I called to say no one had arrived. I was told they would be with me by 1pm. I then received another call to say the engineer had been held up and they would have to move my slot to afternoon by 6pm. Later afternoon I received another call to say the engineer was held up and could someone come the following day. I said I would go somewhere else.

Contacted them as advertised a same day service was assured on phone that my 2 cameras would be installed that day, Took a half day’s holiday to be there and at 4.30 they rang to say they would have to rebook for next day 10.30 next day I rang to ask for a rough time when they would arrive but was told they couldn’t provide that and would get the dispatch to ring me and I was booked for anytime up to 6pm I thought I would be one o the first but when no one had contacted me by 3pm I cancelled and arranged for someone local to do it as he could give me a time and was contactable

Arranged for the engineer to visit on Saturday 2-6pm, received a phone call at 4:30 to say engineer won’t make it today. So decided to re arrange for Sunday AM, time was meant to be 8-12. Get a phone call at 10:50 to say the engineer has called sick and they can’t attend. Absolute joke and wasted half of my weekend planning around the engineer coming out.

I booked an appointment last Sunday they called to say the engineer was sick. I booked another appointment for the next Saturday between 8am and 12pm. No one turned up. I call to have explanation and they say the engineer is late, he will come between 1pm and 6pm. I canceled the appointment and I will not call this Company never enymore. Very bad customer service, very bad service.

had new arial fitted same problems as original tried to ring twice was promised a fitter would turn up guess what no one turned up not even worth a one star don't bother

Never turned up! Waited 3days, numerous calls, staying they were coming - but couldn’t give me a time, saying they could give me 1st day slot - not wasting anymore time - gone with a local company!
