Had an appointment for yesterday failed to keep, when I phoned no apology reschedule for today. Guess what no show again- no phone call or apology. Office staff rude and unhelpful. Will find another company.

Searching for Ken Marsh tv and Aerialforce appears calling themselves Marsh tv. Seems like they are desperate for work and will try anything. AVOID

Spoke to aerial early this morning. All I needed to receive freeview was to have my aerial turned to face other was. I was told an engineer would be with me before 4pm and would contact me 30mins prior to visit. I emailed at 4pm after hearing nothing. Had reply saying (with no apology) unfortunately we haven't been able to get an engineer to you today you can rebook for tomorrow if you're available...erm no I'm not. I waited in all day...just moved to the area. Start a new job Friday and have things to do. Obviously watching tv won't be one of those things!!

Total waste of my time. Booked an appointment that they failed to keep. Rescheduled for the next day and they failed to keep that. Customer service staff are rude and aggressive. With so much competition out there, I would rather give my money to somebody else.

Avoid at all cost. Liars Unreliable and add extras onto the invoice to gain more money Never used these people. Rude customers service staff inexperienced and bad attitude.

Was contacted today to say an engineer will be attending my property between 8am - 3pm Then was told until 6pm. In total I placed 4 calls to check an engineer was still coming and they reassured me that this was the case. I waited in all day and nobody has turned up. My aerial is currently having off over my daughter's bedroom my window which is at risk of being mashed due to the force of the wind I will NOT recommend this company. Too damn lie and unprofessional

Someone has turned up to assess and give a quote but demanded a parking permit from me. Which I of course don't have. And has now refused to do the quote. Absolutely disgusting service. A total waste of my time. Never in my life have I had to provide a parking permit for a company vehicle. Vile attitude and shocking customer service. This man is not fit to work for your company. No apology for being late and then complete refusal for not finding somewhere adequate to park. Disgusting

Engineer called and cut the cable as my son don't use TV and only use Nexflix. He cut the cable as it was in an inconvient place. To two seconds to cut it. He then charged me £70. I shall not use this company again or recommend them. He said that it cost him a lot to run a diesel van. I was horrified and though it was terrible to charge that amount..Spoke to other people and they could have done the job a lot less cheeper. I have been ripped off.

Do Not use this company. Booked giving 2 days notice and then waited in all day. Only when I RANG them they wanted to reschedule. Do not believe the ad hype.

DO NOT use this company! They do not do what they say. Booked and appointment and waited in all day. I had to ring them and they simply wanted to reschedule. Not acceptable

Aerialforce provided an excellent service when providing an estimate and carrying out the work. There aftercare and customer service is disgraceful. A day after the work was carried, 3 screws came lose and fell out from the back of the TV bracket. I contacted them ASAP, they were unable to book me an appointment for an engineer to come out straightaway. They gave me several dates for one when someone would come out, no one has turned up since ! I received a phone call from the engineer that carried out the work, he told me that we had moved the too much, forcing the screws out. So without even diagnosing the actual cause , he has just assumed this is the problem. He told me to put the screws back in. I informed him that I paid a considerable amount of money for the TV to be mounted onto the wall, therefore I was no going to fix his faulty installation, making the guarantee void. The engineer has also lied saying the customer had put the screws back and the TV is now fine. I would suggest you go ELSEWHERE , do not use this company. They say and do all the right things to have your business and once payment has been received, they do not care about the aftercare and your customer rights as per the guarantee.

We scheduled in an installation at 9am this morning, with our address confirmed. We then receive a phone call at 5pm (we were expecting them between 3-6pm) saying they were cancelling the appointment because they can't find parking. Why did they not look this up in the morning when we first confirmed instead of waiting till the last hour?

The engineer attended three times. Despite requests from ourselves to change the LNB Again as it may be faulty he refused saying it wasn’t an issue with the LNB. When he eventually agree to change it he was aggressive, threatening and rude. Needless to say since he has changed the LNB we have a working system so it looks like this was the necessary part.

I explained my problem before the engineer came out quoting it was a booster box that had broken, my brother in law who’s an electrician looked at it but couldn’t do anything else due to not having a signal kit am so we called this company, in all fairness The gentleman came out the following day but he quoted me £125 for just the booster as that was all he had on his van, I know for a fact these boxes aren’t as expensive as that and start at £30 so straight away I was being ripped off. Unfortunately I had to leave my 18 year old daughter at the house as I was in work so think he was using her vunrablity with costing but she rang me shocked at cost and I spoke to the man and said sorry these prices are to expensive and we couldn’t afford it Shocking

The engineer arrived fixed the problem for 24 hours then problem back, exactly the same. I called them back 3 times before The engineer ( respectfully I leave his name out) called me back, he told me I’d have to rebook and pay again. He was rude and patronising, laughing at me. I do not trust this company! I would not use them again.

A gentleman i look after who is extremely vulnerable, He has no family so relies on us and his neighbour. For a week or two he had an issue with his aerial connection so phoned these guys out. They gave him 2 choices. Choice 1 was to wait up to 3 weeks to see if it resolved itself (this is the only thing he can do now his mobility has deteriorated) Choice 2 was to a have a new tv. Now to this gentleman he was receiving a fantastic deal that was going to cost him just over £800. Out of curiosity i asked what size hes upgrading to as his is only a 26”. He was so happy when he told me he was going 2” bigger to 28”. Whoever came to his house to arrange it wasn’t expecting to be questioned when he brought this new tv as to what he was paying so much for! This man was very close to being ripped off by this company, they saw a vulnerable, elderly gentleman who lived alone and thought they hit the jackpot. Needless to say the same day he should of been paying over £800 for a 28” he paid £126 for it. They also had the nerve to post the cards to others who had already been warned. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have your facilities. Utter disgraceful.

I've had Sky tv installed but have had no signal or partial signal since day one. An Engineer from the TV Aerial company turned up and told me there was a problem with a feed box in the communal cupboard. I was charged £70.00 just to be told something I knew already. My initial request was for a quote for a straight forward installation on my balcony which he quoted me £300 for .Very disappointed and feel ripped off. still no TV and £70 out of pocket I tried to get another quote from another firm and was directed back to the same company. Even to leave this review on the Tv Aerial Company directed I was directed to Aerial Force. Confusing Company with unfair pricing strategy
