Seemed very prompt and efficient. Chat on-line resulted in quote of £59.00+VAT to remove old aerial. Engineer arrived in quoted time slot and told me it would be £120 + VAT. Don't try this on me again!!!!

Ordered online and received a call at 7 am to confirm engineer’s attendance the same day and will ring 30 minutes prior to attending. Waited in all day only to receive a call at 16.45 advising engineer would not be attending and I could have an am or pm appointment the following day, another day waiting in for them, no thanks!! Cancelled the appointment and got someone who wanted to do the works. Would not recommend as they could have let me know a lot soon that they could not attend and there are lots of good local companies

Shocking service, waited in for the 4hr allocated time slot for the engineer to call 5:35pm to say he couldn’t make it, customer service said they couldn’t find the booking yet knew my husbands name, do not use this company!

Booked Wednesday for Friday, didn't turn up Friday, phoned to say they would be here Saturday morning, nope didn't turn up again, rang you again you told me you were running late and would be here in afternoon, Guess what. No show again. You are a useless company.

Wish I’d seen the past reviews before booking - Saturday appointment - waited in all day to receive a call at the end of the day saying can’t do today due to engineer out on another job Complete waste of a day

Was told the engineer would be here between 12-5 , waited in and had to call at 5:30 to be told he was on a big job and wouldn't make it and they can book in Saturday between ,8- 13:30 told them they had let me down and the best they could do was between 8-12 .poor customer service.

The engineer cqme into the house quoting immediately lots of prices. It'll be £58 for a diagnostic, it'll be £136 for extending this cable etc, etc,. I was immediately terrified. He did a diagnostic, which meant nothing to me, didn't write anything down. I felt conned out of £58 in the end. He couldn't wait to take the money for doing very little. I would avoid this company.

Contacted them around lunch time asking for an aerial repair. They took my details and gave me an appointment for the Friday afternoon anytime up to 6pm and told engineer would call 30mins before arriving. We stayed in all afternoon waiting. I was out walking the dog when I received a call about 5.15pm to tell me that the engineer would not be able to attend that day. I was asked if I would like to reschedule for Saturday but I declined as I was not prepared to cancel plans again.

Having waited in all Saturday for an appointment (told the only option was all day until 6pm) I was called at 5.30 to say the engineer couldn't fit me in and did I want to rearrange for Monday! Obviously I will be at work on Monday. Even if re-booking for next Sat, the best they can offer is 8-1 pm but I suspect that's no more definite than yesterday. Called someone else (Sat evening) who has been this morning (Sunday) on time, as promised and has done the work. Obviously this company overbooks and therefore cannot be relied on. I would NOT recommend them. (Also, when simply asking about prices and options I suddenly discovered the 'bot' had booked me an appointment without me agreeing - without clarifying a day, a price nor a time! I had to ring up the help desk to sort this out and find out the details separately. Very unprofessional)

I’ve made an appointment for Saturday and engineer supposed to come between 9 am and 5 pm Well , nobody came or called until 4.30 pm. I’ve been told that engineer is busy and they need to cancel the appointment. At 4.30 pm to cancel!?!? Very unprofessional first experience! Wasted my day waiting at home. They asked me if I want to re-book it. , would you? Of course that I wouldn’t recommend Aerial Force to anyone! Good luck with them!

The fitting itself was good but we were charged twice what we expected and waited in two days before the engineer arrived on the 3rd attempt. He also cut the plug off our existing TV, which is in perfect working order, and didn't repair this for us.

Unreal. Pressure selling at its best. £49 diagnostic was to look at cable for 5 seconds. decide it was probably water damaged. Go up roof to check bring aerial down without my permission to tell me i needed a whole new system at 360 + vat. Told him no he still charged me £82 as he had took aerial down already. What he didnt realise is that i looked him up while on roof as i had feeling, and he and this whole firm have been on rouge traders 3 times. Dont use at all ever. Not one diagnostic test was done at all. It was just a con to get me pay 3 times as much as it will actually cost me. Wish Matt Allwright was with next door filming.

For 3 days on the trot, I have requested an engineer to come and quote for some work. Each day I am given an overall time slot that they will come within, and each day they are a no show. Each day I book another slot and each day again they do not come. They do not warn me of not coming. They simply don’t come. I’m self-employed and am losing lots of income over this shoddy service.

Hopeless. Waited in 5 hrs for same day appointment only to be told 30 minutes before end of appointment window that they could not make it. Same happened next day. Satisfaction guaranteed - you must be joking

Booked a week ago on a Saturday.. turned up in dark and couldn’t do the job.. changed it to Monday and got phoned to say couldn’t make it. Rebooked first following Saturday.. had to ring twice., told they coming., second time the said he running late and we were next in line. Over 3 hours later still not turned up. No phone call no apology. I’d avoid like the plague if I was you. Obviously booking too many jobs and can’t handle it. Going elsewhere to get it done

Useless could not stick to time slot never even got a call to say running late so if you enjoy sitting in all day waiting for someone that's not turning then they are your people

Aerial renew plus pole and ties. After couple days wife etc said picture not as it was with old aerial. Contacted company and told call out charge applied. Came out and renewed existing booster and pictured good. Cost me a call out the parts and labour. Not happy but paid. Tv now good. Should have been all done in previous visit.

Same as the prior review, booked in an appointment for 10-4pm, hadn’t turned up by 17:15 so I called them. They told me then that the engineer wasn’t going to come and they would call us...no apology offered. I explained this wasn’t good enough, found someone else to do the job.
