Nice enough fitter cane out to quote. I didn’t like the hard sell though - if I sign up there and then they’d give me £50 off the list price and a better aerial. I explained from the outset that I was getting multiple quotes and would not be making a decision that day. Was told to be careful of ‘local fitters who just get cheap aerials from Argos and fit them’. I’ve gone with a local fitter with an excellent reputation, and the price is £100 cheaper than Aerialforcs, for 2 sockets instead of the one quoted by Aerialforce.

Rang me at 7.13 this morning to book a visit!! Sounds very desperate to me, calling up in unsociable hours! Won’t be getting my custom, sorry!

Asked for quote only. Person quoting pushed hard for a written signature committing to the work, pretending that it was just a signature to say they'd given an estimate (this actually happened twice in two separate locations on the paperwork). When I read the small print it clearly said I was committing to the estimate in both sections. They then played dumb when I refused to sign and called up their boss to make a meal of the scenario, saying I was refusing to sign and wrote it all over the papework they left me with. Horrible experience, I bet many fall for it. Stay well clear!!!

One star is way too many...A catchy initial offer of £49.00 + VAT, but when they can't fix it a really high quote (£175 inclusive of the £49) comes in. I called two other traders (which could do the same job for £55 cheaper) while AerialForce was at my home and I asked if he could do any better on price, he laughed at me and said, good luck finding someone else that can do that cheaper. I said, I did, I just told you. He became so rude and left after I paid the £57 for him to assess the job. Stay away from them!

Got charged 200 pounds for a tv bracket on the wall . I understand that my husband told the engineer to provide the bracket which cost 30 pounds and just to install it it cost 170, I mean come on. My husband is not very sociable so he got sucked into agreement whilst I was not home. When he said he spoke to the lady over the phone she said maximum 140pounds . Thinking of contacting watchdog or the trading standards agency for advice . My friend said she had hers done for 30 pounds. I'm so gutted that so much money was wasted just for a few holes in the wall

Let me start by saying the service was excellent the engineer was very friendly and solved my problem in 30 minutes for that would give 5 star's however they let their self down on price both the website and the information you get on the phone is to say the least misleading you don't get free estimate on repairs you will be paying £59.00+vat when the engineer turns up at your property whether you need a diagnostic or not in my case it was not needed as I needed a new LND that cost £30.00 on Amazon as much as I told the girl that on the phone she would not give me a price so I was under the impression I would be paying £59.00+parts+vat however that was not the case when the engineer got here he told me it will cost £154.80 to replace the LAD that took him 30 minutes very excessive labour cost feel I have been ripped off so if you use this service for a repair be very careful don’t get ripped off like I did

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I asked for a free estimation for aerial signal problems and was told they would come out for a "diagnostic". They then charged me £60 stating I needed a new aerial which I already knew. On top I was told a new basic tv aerial would cost £265! I declined. But they still charged me £60 for the "diagnostic" which I was fooled into believing was a free quote/estimation. Be aware of this trick this company uses. I have complained but basically was told a "diagnostic" will cost £60 mo matter what. I feel I have been ripped off and hoodwinked. My recommendation is do not use this company.

Called aerial force to move the position of a TV aerial as birds were constantly perching on it and dropping their excrement on our loft window. Engineer arrived and swivelled the aerial into another position, telling me the problem was solved. 1 week later, the aerial was back in its original position. Called aerial force to rectify the problem, only to be told that I would have to pay the repair fee again, which is absurd as they did not comprehensively fix the original problem. Will not be using this company again.

Quoted £84 for installation of own dish. Installation involved drilling four holes and wall mounting, finding the satellite. Half hour. Apparently connecting the cable feed from the dish into the house isn't installation. Cheaper to have bought own drill to mount as finding the satellite isn't rocket science. Queried the cost and apparently most of it seems to be petrol from Wisbech to Lincoln. Glad he didn't come from further afield. Pity there isn't a minus star for Trustpilot. Not impressed.

Engineer struggled to install the aerial and couldn’t get what he installed working. Eventually installed an aerial on the fascia without consulting my mother who wanted the aerial on the chimney. Left my mother extremely unhappy with the service.

Poor level of communication between office people and the engineer that came to my house. The engineer had terrible attitude, definitely not recommend them. Ask repeatedly to put cable ties, and I've been told that he's not his job. A joke
