“Failed to show for appointment 9-6 e mailed them at 3 with appointment 9-6 not helpful Chatted to Sophie on chat at 5:20 then got a call at 5:40 very rude saying engineer would have called by 4 pm if there was an issue and that he was confirmed I explained that it will be after 6 if there is a 30 min call and she over spoke and was very RUDE It’s now after 6 so BEWARE they lie and waste your time”

“Waiting for Tv installers since Sunday no call received call Monday morning to only stating they would come between morning slot 8-1 only received call at 4 stating they were not coming . Very disappointed very poor service”

“Sadly this is a cowboy organisation. I needed an alignment and a minor system upgrade for Sky Q. Two guys arrived in the morning and promptly disappeared for parts. Two hours later they returned. They installed two switches (total cost £200), spent ten minutes realigning the dish and gave me a bill for £1,300. Sky came a week later and the system failed all the tests for Sky Q. When I called to ask this lot back again their attitude was so aggressive that I decided to cut my losses. The money I spent was completely and utterly wasted.”

“Googled local aerial tradesman.. and was hijacked by this firm. They weren’t local and were obviously a firm who were only interested in making money... given a reasonable quote by them to put my aerial back up( broken bracket)... ended up paying nearly 3 times the quote for putting my aerial back up ( fitting new bracket) ...”

“We arranged an appointment in Bristol for my 83 year old mother-in-law to install her new television and aerial this Tuesday. She waited in all day but Aerialforce did not arrive, only calling at 5pm to let us know that they wouldn't be coming. We rearranged for Thursday, and Aerialforce promised they would arrive by 1pm. They did not. When called they said they had been delayed but promised to come later in the afternoon. At 4.45pm they rang to say that yet again they would not be coming. This is terrible customer service, especially considering that Aerialforce were dealing with a vulnerable elderly woman. Do NOT use this service. Unreliable and disrespectful of their potential customers.”

“Rip off merchants, terrible company and were on watchdog for this. Do your research online too find out the full details. Engineers are told to make up problems so that jobs are worth more, Beware!! Engineers are payed by commission so the more money that they earn the more they get paid which leads to them taking advantage of people.”

“Very expensive but needed work done quick. Poor job (satellite dish install) on static caravan. Nasty holes in caravan, not sealed one screw went straight through into a bedroom cupboard. Tried to get them back to look at it and discuss options. Waited all day for engineer despite 5 phone calls no one came. Appalling service. Could have done it better myself.”

“installed equipment worth £100 dish and small free-view box and charged a pensioner £400 for installation and equipment - work is ok but the price is 2x what other companies charge - shameful i would not recommend this company for the average household”

“Absolutely disgusting company, was told on the fone £85+vat ,when they came told us £85+vat per hour they said the person quoted us on the fone was training fair enough ,we was then quoted a price to supply and fit cctv we denied the quote and said thanks for coming ,to then Have so called manager fone me on private number with a load of abuse reporting them to trade standards. Rouge traders.no customer service at all be careful.”

“Waited all day from 8 am to 5 pm for phone call, and work to be done, and nothing, I know I really have to wait to 6 pm but come on so I have got in touch with a firm near to me, should have done it sooner. Never again.”

“I was advised, engineer will give me free quote and if he can, he will adjust/repeat my sat for 70ish pounds. However, engineer wasn't able to fix the problem, at the end he stated I have too small dish (he should tell me that before he started job) and for that information he charged be 55 pounds. I think that is scam company. Apart that, new dish plus installation will cost just under 300£, any local engineers will charge for same job just under 100 pounds. Overpriced, unprofessional and they charge for nothing.”

“Been let down 3 times now on a engineer coming out to quote and install a new cctv insulation on a commercial building. have used before for the tv and was good just taking this as your staff are not up for the job. this would of been at min 16 cameras needed but been let down 3 times now moving on with a quote from another supplier”

“Attempted robbery? You decide ... Had a quote from them for moving a satellite dish 20 feet to the side of the building .... £589 ... and this was with discount. I don’t think they are to be trusted!!!”

“Unprofessional, brusque, tv went wrong, refused to come back,after many calls from me. Meant to replace larger tv in place of my smaller one, needed new bracket, overpriced, And went off with my old bracket which was still servicable, as I wanted smaller tv putting in a bedroom. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY, no service. Minus - zero stars”

“Very poor service. Engineer left property after “completing” the job but within hours we had the same signalling problem. Company refused to resend engineer out unless we paid full amount again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are competitive but I now see why. Engineer was in a rush , couldn’t be bothered and provided a very poor unprofessional service. TERRIBLE”

“Very expensive, roof tiles damaged and company took no responsibility. Have to wait in all day as not able to say if am/ pm appointment. When waiting for a post service call waited all day and no phone call to advise they were on their way. Would not recommend”
