Absolute joke of a company, not even worth 1 star! Same day appointments available apparently, I booked one for the same day and no one turned up. Got a phone call from them just before 6on saying the engineer had overran on his last job and couldn’t make it. I was told I’d be able to book another appointment and get 20 percent discount so I booked for the following Saturday morning. No one turned up Saturday morning again, I rang up and was told they would be there by 3 o’clock. Yet again no one turned up and I rang again to be told they would be there by 6, as this was an inconvenient time I had to cancel. Poor service, don’t waste your time.

Never call this aerial company out. We were given a price over the phone and then pressured to pay more for something i didn't really need I have since been told.

I asked Ariel force first for a quote to wall mount my 43’ television, and to mount a small 24’ tv in my bedroom. The large tv, I wanted the wires hidden, and I was quoted £139+vat. The small one she said was to be discussed with the engineer. I agreed. When he arrived he explained that he couldn’t hide the wires, because he didn’t know if he would damage anything behind the wall, so I agreed to trunking. I had my own bracket which he used. When he fixed that to the wall he started on the small tv, once again he explained I couldn’t have it where I wanted it because I already had an Ariel, the best he could do was put wires above the door, and wall, which I didn’t want. He suggested I used a swivel bracket which made sense, as part of the tv was hidden behind the wardrobe, he had one on his van and I agreed. He was working for some time, and when he finished, I was about to pay him the £250, total cost. But he was running late, so he got the company to call me for payment. He had not long gone, when I went to look at the tv, barely touched it and it fell off the wall, leaving four holes, and scruff marks. I told the company and he was sent back to rectify it. However, he couldn’t fix the problem. So I paid £130 explaining it was discounted, and taken off the vat. But he had no trunking and told me to buy polyfiller, so basically I had to finish the job myself. By this time I had forgotten the original quote was for the hidden wires, so believe I still payed way to much.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Best con artist ever.. Don’t be fooled by the £69+ because that’s what you have to pay just for someone to LOOK at your stuff. Guy came quickly (which is the only positive thing)He had a look and I was told whats wrong with the dish, was advised he can fix it for 250 or get a new dish installed for 280. Stupidly i decided to go with the new dish as I’ve been without tv for weeks. Then needed a new cable which cost £80 !!( YAP THATS RIGHT £80 FOR A 8M CABLE!! he said I give you that for free, thought ok great thank you) anyway at the end of my visit was charged £350. FOR A NEW DISH A WEE BiT OF CABLE AND LESS THAN 1H WORK. I’m not sure how they make up their prices but they rip you off as much as they can. I’ve contacted trading standard never felt so annoyed with a company!

The man that came to my home was quite demanding. I told him what I was told and forcefully told me I was wrong. Was told I needed complete new aerial and wiring but not at the price he had quoted as I could get it done for half the price and was told they do not price match. The man only changed the metal tip that Connect to the tv and said he would only be able to get 5 main channels at a push and they would be lost in bad weather. I get all the channels which is amazing yes but to be lied to and feel very intimidated in my own home was wrong. I will never use this company again and taking this further

Waited all day. Didn’t turn up then had a call at 4.30 saying they won’t be coming. Shame as guy on phone when booking was good. Now gone elsewhere

So disapointed. Mum house bound on oyxgen. Assured me they would come out. 4 hrs later cancelled. No time to ring anyone else. Unbelivable.now left all bank holiday with nothing!!!

Awful - booked an appointment for aTv wall mounting, waited in only to be called with an hour left in the day and told that they couldn’t come. Rescheduled the appointment for 8-1pm today. I called them at noon as I still hadn’t had a visit and was again told that they were running late. I asked whether they were definitely coming and there was someone in my area. Was told that yes, they are coming. Just had a call to say that they aren’t now. With 2 hours left of the day. Absolute waste of time and energy and have to go back to work next week and will not be able get some other company out!

Service is appalling and disappointing, booked someone to come out to look at some installation work in Newport area no one turned up and when called to ask there was no justification. Time was wasted and plans had to be cancelled. I will not recommend due to the unprofessional behaviour received and will definitely inform friends and family of such disappointing service.

////Avoid like the plague (or any virus that may be going around)! Terrible customer service! I and my tenants re-arranged our day yesterday to wait for the aerial person from 0800 to 1800hrs. I called main office at 1715hrs to check that they were still coming and I was assured that they were and that the "engineer" would call me soon to let me know when they would arrive, but no phone call and it was a no show! Would have been acceptable to receive a phone call even just to say he/she was not coming! Do yourself a favour, Aerial Force do not care about you/customers, so save yourself a load of hassle and use LOCAL reliable tradesmen and in fact use anyone local who can actually be bothered to communicate with you on the day using a mobile phone. PS - Had to give one star for this review but would have been zero......just like my new Aerial!

After arranging an appointment the contact centre said I would be contacted from 1 and 6 I had to call back several times before an engineer actually called me they did not turn up that evening so I called back the next day to see what went That evening the engineer said he would return on my property at 10:30 in the morning at 12 o’clock nobody had still arrived so I gave them a call the engineer advised when he’d finished his job he would come which I was happy with when the engineer finally arrived he looked at the job I explained what I wanted he gave me a price and we agreed to start He said he was going to get some materials he never returned I’ve tried calling him on my mobile phone he blocked my number he finally answered to my wife’s phone and said I won’t be long 20 minutes or so then he blocked my wife’s number I think I know the reason why he did not return it’s because I live in a caravan park I think this sort of stereotype racism in the 21st-century is absolutely unacceptable I called the office and the manager of the telephone apartment is now saying that he does not cover my area absolutely disgusting this should not happen in the 21st-century Please do not use this company company as they are very racist against people who live in a caravan park why I don’t know not one for posting reviews but I’ll bet if it was a different ethnic minority group they would be a lot more said hope this helps for future potential customers

As with other customers, you failed to turn up when arranged twice. I waited in all day and had a call at 4.30pm to say they would not be attending. Then it was re-booked for an 8am - 1pm appointment and still did not attend. Several phone calls from me just to have some representative give me a load of bull regarding the non-attendance. I asked them to contact the engineer and was told they couldn't because of health and safety......Go figure. I suspect the real reason is because you are nothing more than a booking agent for engineers and don't actually have anyone working for you directly.You have very poor reviews and I am not surprised if this is the level of customer service that you provide.

Phoned these jokers on Wednesday afternoon and they promised they would have someone round on Thursday (today). Received a call at 4.45pm to be told no one would be coming. Please don’t waste your time with people unless you want to spend your whole day waiting in for nothing to happen.

Ridiculous price for the job done. The amount I paid, they could send extra person to help him mount the TV. It was hugely overpriced for a less than an hour job.
