“When rang told appointment cancelled leaving a bed ridden 78 year lady with no tv and we had to ring to find out they were not attending disgusting customer service”

“We booked in to have someone come give us a quote. Waited in for 8 hours, phoned to ask how long they would be and told nobody was coming and they would have to rebook. The person on the phone lied and said they tried contacting us and then backtracked when we questioned it. No phone call, voicemail or email to say they couldn't make it. Shocking service. Very unreliable.”

“Dodgy outfit. Took £357.60 for a job which took under 20 minutes. I have reported to trading standards and the police as my gran is 84 and didnt know better. I would stear well clear of this band of crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Very unsatisfied. Not fit for purpose. Could not keep an appointment to come and fix.. I took a day off they phoned at 4.30 not coming. Shoddy, unprofessional office team. Could not leave 0 stars.”

“As i read some of your reviews its hard to believe that any of these drivers are ever late one of them just undertook me in GILLINGHAM must have been foot down 80+ mph In a 50 zone i have some great footage on my gopro, further more how he was ever going to stop in time if the black BMW 2 foot infront of him decided to do an emergency stop is beyond me. Registration and footage to be uploaded soon”

“Terrible customer service. I requested a morning appointment, technician turned up at the end of the day with the wrong ladder, job couldn't be commenced. Promised to return at a specified time the next day. Failed to turn up at all. Did not even contact. I took 2 days annual leave as a hospital worker, I can't take any more time off. Terrible customer service and very unreliable - do not recommend”

“I booked an app for 4.00-6.00 pm. They called at 9.45 am because at that time they were in the area. I explained I am working and rearranged for 4.00-6.00 pm as was the booking. Finally they were not available at the arranged appointment. Very disappointed. I would not recommend.”

“Had an appointment booked between 12:00-18:00 at 16:30 I called to check they were still coming. I was told not to worry as he was on his way at 18:10 still hadn’t arrived. Called back to be told by recorded message that they were now closed. Wasted day waiting around for nothing, don’t waste your time using this company.”

“The quote was misleading, the price for an aerial installed does not include the cable?, plus beware that they don't add the £49 +vat survey fee onto the cost of your aerial quote( excluding the cable that attaches it to your tv) as I was told on the phone that if I got the install the same day it would come off the total price. It ended up costing just over £200 to get an aerial installed. Beware that the price you get quoted, will not be the price you pay! Aerials from £69 you must have to install it yourself!”

“Very disapointed with the level of service l recived ,£58 to be told by a engineer to retune my Tv ..l agree they had to come out but £58 is rather steep ....the engineer was rude and very crytical about our caravanbeen small. Contacted complaints all l get is the engineer did what he was paid to do... Im persuing the company for a small refund but there arguing and not accepting any fault. Very sorry to have to post this negative reviw.”

“i contacted AerialForce for a quote to install my own CCTV system. A date was agreed for the Monday afternoon but by 5:15pm that same day I was told the installer was delayed and the new appointment was made the for following Tuesday morning up to 1:00pm. At 12:55 I called AerialForce as no one had appeared to be told the engineer was delayed. I was then given the chance to move my appointment to the afternoon. Having waited over two days I cancelled and looked elsewhere. I wouldnt trust their engineers to come for the quote nor to be available at the right time should I have opted to choose them to install. no third chances. no shows appears to be common judging by the other comments. Edinburgh Area”

“Asked this company for estimate to install tv aerial, they said £59 + vat for service call, if you needed a new one that would be in price, asked for price for new aerial they said about £140 + vat Engineer to up said I needed new aerial cost £250. Would not use this company”

“Called on behalf my mum who needed an old aerial removed. I was quoted £70 on the phone , they didn't turn up on the original day due and didn't call until 6pm that day to say they couldn't come, did come the following day but then told my mum it would be an extra £20 on top of the original quote as they had to use a extra ladder. So disappointed would not use this company again.”

“Absolute joke of a company, not even worth 1 star! Same day appointments available apparently, I booked one for the same day and no one turned up. Got a phone call from them just before 6on saying the engineer had overran on his last job and couldn’t make it. I was told I’d be able to book another appointment and get 20 percent discount so I booked for the following Saturday morning. No one turned up Saturday morning again, I rang up and was told they would be there by 3 o’clock. Yet again no one turned up and I rang again to be told they would be there by 6, as this was an inconvenient time I had to cancel. Poor service, don’t waste your time.”
