Total rip off! Advises a free quote. Beware when they do come out minimum charge £59 + vat is a hidden call out charge called a diagnostic check this is if you don’t even go ahead with the work carried out. Then it is very over priced from then. It’s all money money money! I was a woman alone with two males saying I need to pay up for the diagnostic check. I felt so overwhelmed and uncomfortable. Was put onto the phone to the male manager who I felt pressured into paying when the the diagnostic check wasn’t even finished. I had to ask , please could you leave my house. I really don’t feel comfortable, I feel so pressured and overwhelmed. I stood my ground and handed no money over. A foot in my door was going to cost me a lot of money. Your bad reviews below mine, is a true reflection of a rip-off bad company. Your clever play on words diagnostic check needs addressing as it’s telling you a problem that cost x amount so does a free quote! Do not use this company!

Booked yesterday and agreed a slot 08:00-12:00 today. Was advised that the engineer would ring 30mins before to check I was in. Took half day off work and waited in. 5 minutes to go and no sign. Beware time wasters!

If your an elderly person or disabled in anyway..DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Unless you have some one there to put a stop to being robbed!!! A 73 year old man with no family to help him called you guys out as his telle kept on freezing. This is the only lifeline this housebound man has, of course he was over the moon to be having a new telle for £800. What he didnt know was the size of said telle was only 28”!!! We thought we had put a stop to this gentleman being had off, after finding the invoice (which the elderly man didnt even sign btw) he had been charged over £400 for the aeiral to be checked with the £800 ontop for the telle! Absolutely shocking service. I hope the man who came feels good about him self!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I’m 80 yrs old & they charged me £154 for aerial booster that cost £30 on Amazon . When I complains I was told the extra cost was for 12 months guarantee. DONT USE THIS COUNTRY WIDE COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

From making the initial enquiry I got a call the following morning before 7am the next morning. What decent company phones you at that time - rediculous. I booked them in and they gave me a call on the day to say the engineer would be there in the hour which he was. I had only moved into property recently and although there was a aerial in the loft i was not getting a signal at the TV. The engineer diagnosed a weak signal and said a new 4 way aerial amplifier was needed,even though the existing one was only 7 years old. I foolishly agreed and was charged a total of £225.60, for a part that cost £30 on eBay and that included the £70 call out charge. In hindsight I did not need any new amplifier but only needed the existing one connected to the transformer that had been left by the previous owners. A genuine and honest company would not have ripped me off but just charged me £70 plus £10 for connecting up the existing aerial amplifier transformer. If you use these people do not say yes to any parts until you have researched the cost and determined wether you really do need any parts because they will exploit your ignorance. I WAS RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company, rip of merchants, check watchdog and read about the company before making a booking, George barns is very curupt and will employ anyone and encourage employees to rip customers off and make up problems with aerials. READ ABOUT THEM ON WATCHDOG BEFORE BOOKING!!!!!!

Not happy at all, engineer came only checked the aerial lead going into the booster, said the aerial was 30 years old so you may have to put up a new aerial. I sent an email asking about the cost and when could you do the work, never got a reply. I got another company in who did the same check on the aerial lead but he also checked the lead from the booster to the BT Box, as a result the Booster was faulty nothing to do with the aerial, he relaced the booster everything is now perfect. So for just 10 minutes in my house and just testing ONE lead I was charged 59 pounds, what a rip off AERIAL FORCE plus perhaps you need to send that engineer back to school.

I think I was mislead I was quoted a price then when job was done it was mentioned about vat on top. I've no complaints with the job but if the price had been up front I definitely would have declined your service.

Customer service? what customer service. Rude and offensive. Engineer OK, A certain member of the office staff is in the wrong line of work. No customer service skills at all. Left my wife in tears with her attitude. Avoid them at all costs. Disgusting company.

We moved into a new house, totally new build. The day we moved in these people sent out a engineer? fitter? cowboy? to fit our aerials. Eventually I had to have the builder and NHBC back for we had damp patches appearing in the upper ceilings. It materialise, the chap who had fitted the aerials had drilled holes actually through the roof, under a tile and put the cables through there, so when the wind and rain are in the wrong direction the water is seeping in under the tile and after the 12 inches of roof insulation can`t hold any more. The ceilings have now got damp patches. It`s costing me money to have a qualified fitter to redirect the wires, but I wouldn`t have these cowboys anywhere near my house. Marks out of 10, they don`t even qualify.

Had 3 call outs paid total of just under £600 for new aerial that doesn’t work. asked to speak with manager but not available. Contacted trading standards for advice. Wouldn’t recommend

As planned with an appointment a technician was supposed to come in to repair my tv aerial Sunday 4th October 9-6pm. It was supposed ring you 30 minutes before coming. Nobody rang and nobody came. I do think, it is not a serious company. Avoid it... not a courtesy call to advise that nobody will come.

It was “A foot in the door” experience. Was told I would pay a fee for fixing the Ariel to the wall and any extras. Unfortunately, I felt intimidated and the fixing he said would be £189.00!? It was I’m afraid a very intimidating experience. I was informed by telephone lady it would be £59.00 plus vat.So £59.00, then new cable £15.00.. How could a heavy duty 9”bracket cost £189.00!? It was a total cost of £315.60. I was duped and very vulnerable as knew nobody and moved here a few days before

We live 300 miles away and we couldn't travel back to Yorkshire to sort out our fathers problem with his Sky box. We decided to get in touch with Aerialforce to book an engineer to go to our father's house and run a diagnostic on his Sky free view box as there was a problem with the signal. We explained that he had dementia and that other than carer's going to see him this was his only source of entertainment and if it's not working he has a tendency to go wandering as he gets anxious and bored. The appointment was booked and was told to expect a phone call with a time slot. No phone call and no engineer. For three days we have been fobbed off. Needless to say we have decided this company is a shambles and will not use or reccommend. Better communication between customer services and engineers springs to mind, and here's a thought how about prioritising vulnerable people and if you do take on bookings make sure you keep to them. Possibly the worst company we have ever had the mis-fortune of dealing with. Shocking company to deal with.

Had tv and brackets put on wall today. The man who did job drilled into wall and after he left I went in spare bedroom to see he drilled right through the wall so I now have hole in plaster in my adjoining bedroom. Rang company and spoke to molly. She could not put me through to manager as no one there. She couldn’t give me email address as she said she did not know it. She promised engineer would call me which he didn’t. Hoping someone will call me.

didnt fix my problem,paid alot for a service i didnt get and altho i have two tvs same models both seem to be working differently, and i have now lost channels i previousely had, not happy was told the engineer would come out today but now hes not coming till monday a whole weekend with the tele not working properly

I was due to have satellite dish recited on 28th sept, said they will call 30 mins before visit. I missed their call At 10am as I was taking another call. I immediately called back, told I’d be next. At 1pm I called them to reschedule to 29th sept as I needed to go out. I Waited in all day on 29th sept, at 4pm they called saying they can’t fit me in so could they come 30th. Agreed afternoon visit on 30th. At 4pm on 30th i took a call they said they can’t fit me in again and would I wait until next day. I said NOT A CHANCE!!
