Do not use this company I used to work for them and all they do is push you to make as much out of a Customer as possible When I left I got a £2600 bill and taking me to court over it They are really bad They will sell you an aerial for £900 if you say yes that’s what you pay Next door might get same service for £80 It’s disgusting Just type into YouTube Aerial force rogue traders They assaulted the camera crew Now I’m getting threats off his engineers They are sending me pictures of me threatening my life Johnathon leister Just sent me threats and a picture of me Time for the police be very aware people

Absolute crooks pray on the elderly robbed my gran out of £987 for a new aerial. Got another company to check it for us and was advised should of only cost at most £180-£195. Have reported them to trading standards and watchdog. Please please do not use this company

I had an engineer come to my house misdiagnos what was wrong with it and charge me a £70 call out charge, he said I needed a 2 way splitter which was another £99 +vat, I called in Northampton digital who came and fixed the aerial which took 10 seconds as the outer wire was touching the inner wire, I have been trying to get a full refund from Shelly who has called me a liar and offered me £30 This company should be avoided at all cost. Very untrustworthy people

Two engineer no shows on consecutive days even though I was supposed to be a priority on the second day. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

wish I'd read these reviews before proceeding. I had a perfectly good aerial that gave me a picture on an old tv but not my new tv. the technician advised I must have a faulty tv or a weak signal and offered to test the signal for £70 (minimum call out fee). it took him literally 2 minutes to plug in and tell me I had a really strong signal and that my tv was broken. helpfully he suggested that I plug the aerial into a set-top box and connect to my tv with an HDMI cable. at the time I was grateful for the advice. today, I learnt that there's nothing wrong with my tv, it just needed tuning in. did he tell me this? of course not. will I get a refund? fat chance.

Do not use this company, totally dishonest. Charged us £240 for an 8 way TV amp that I could have purchased for £30-40. Beware!

Booked in for an engineer to come, he never showed up, so rang to book in for next day and again didn't show up. My custom will be going elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would ! This engineer from Aerial Force has left me with no satellite signal at all after blundering his way through a straightforward resiting of the dish. I am now going to have to get another engineer to put the dish back where it was after being left by an engineer from Aerial Force with a situation 100x worse than it was before he came, and they will pay for that! How do you expect to get a signal with a dish sited like this and look at the dangling cables!

Same day service they said,,we"ll look after you they said...three and an half days later after fobbing me off with excuses I've had to get someone else in...Its beyond me how this company stays in buisness with their poor service and dont give a damn attitude...86 year old widow with no TV for 3 and an half days (which they knew) and they couldn't care less...they should be ashamed...Use this company at your peril......guaranteed dissatistfaction..

Terrible service. Unable to come the first day and let us know at the end of the day which is fine, next day we had to call them at 5.45pm as still no one came, they said someone was coming and would call. 8.30pm called no answer so sent a message on online chat. We are on 3rd day and no one has called to apologise. So badly organised!!! It’s absolutely fine to wait all day, don’t mind at all but to not send anyone at all and not keep us informed is appalling

Having waited in all day for an engineer, time promised was 0800 til 1800. Phone call eventually came at 1820 with an offer to come to property then. Absolutely disgusted with lack of courtesey call to let us know what is happening. Will not be recommending Aerialforce any time soon.

Installed a new aerial, left rubbish, no new cables to arial, connection boxes left open and bare. Very expensive was quoted £59 and the invoice was £300 Total rip off! Very aggressive engineer when he came back to tidy up the job.

absolute awful AVOID they dont turn up booked twice and both times got the call sorry our installer is held up on another job so he cant fit you in

Gave details of (new aerial plug point) over the phone £85 plus materials on 12th. .Appointment made for 13th.Stayed in expecting repair. Operative turned up. So far so good. Rather grumpily asked what I wanted done and he'd quote for repair. Told him I’d already given details of work and had quote. Operative said in grumpy voice I’m here to give quote (No explanation no apology). When I explained again I’d already been given quote and asked what he’d been told he walked out “ I can’t be bothered with this” he said. When I phoned Aerialforce and told them what happened received no apology for inconvenience or attitude of operative. All I was asked was exactly what I wanted done. When I asked if I was going to get an apology and customer service I was told “you’ve got a chip on your shoulder” then asked again what I wanted done ! Almost laughably bad customer service. Yes despite almost poor and insulting treatment he actually expected me to still use the service. Unbelievable!

Helpful diagnostics (or so I thought at the time). However, charged £200 for a new 4 way distribution amplifier that can be bought for £30! Then found that problem was same as with original distribution amplifier. Complained and was contacted immediately by engineer who told me prices charged were fixed by Aerial Force. Complained again and was told I would recieve a call from "manager" but am still waiting. Outrageous rip-off - find an alternative company that can do the job properly.

Was told a price over the phone and when engineer turned up he charged double what I was told, unprofessional and messy, left rubbish in the living room and was climbing my back fence instead of using ladders, would not recommend

The charge was 4 times higher than the quote. Very rude and aggressive engineer called Brian, did a very messy job which had to be redone by a professional company with much less cost. At some stage I was worried about my family's safety as Brian was showing sudden and unpredictable mood swings and appearing aggressively.

Had CCTV installed. Have had an engineer back on numerous occasions as cameras freeze when checking on the app on our phone. Majority of the time there is a 2 day delay so what’s the point in having cameras?
