“Filled in online form with full details of requirement to replace a small dipole aerial used for weather satellite reception - all hardware supplied by me and feeder cable in place already. Omnidirectional, so no testing required. They doubled their original quote when their engineer declared it was a ‘specialised’ job. What part of tightening two mast clamps required a specialist I don’t know! Smells like a rip off.”

“Terrible service never turned up. Said they would next day. Once again didn’t. Rang for half a second on 2nd day from withheld number. Obviously deliberate to show call had been logged. But a deliberate ploy and no show again. Rang back centre told lady I have had a one second ring from withheld number. She replied telling me that was him but he was unable to reach you. He won’t reach anyone if he hangs up as soon as it connects. The phone was in my hand. So to let us down once and then lie and let us down again has done us a favour. God knows what lies he would have said about the price ! Such a shame as lady taking calls was lovely , but totally let down by workers that are absolutely unreliable and tell lies that a five year old could see through.”

“Worst service ever!! You book the TV mounting for a particular date, wait for them all day as they tell you they will ring 30 min before coming and YOU HAVE TO BE AT HOME and after all day of waiting they call to tell you they're not coming as they're really busy and they're really sorry for keeping you waiting all day for nothing!!! Just one awful experience!!”

“The job I booked this company to do (a simple replacement/repair to a tv aerial cable) wasn't done. Conned into paying extra for a device that wasn't necessary. Customer services very unhelpful when contacted about original job not being carried out. Ended up doing the repair to the cable ourselves. Now £141.60 poorer!! Very very disappointed would not recommend.”

“The advert stated no call out fees!! £69.00 + VAT, was charged just for the knock on the door. The engineer replaced two sky dish connectors, cost approx. £1.00 and it took him 10 minutes. The final bill came to £100.00, for 10 minutes work. I have to work a day and a half, hard graft, to earn this kind of money. Talk about Rip Off Britain.”

“Booked in for Monday being told I would receive a call 30minutes before they arrived. Rang at 2pm to be told I was still booked in and it could be up until 6pm. They called at 5pm to say they were unable to come out and can they come another day. Spent a whole day waiting around”

“Do not use this company I used to work for them and all they do is push you to make as much out of a Customer as possible When I left I got a £2600 bill and taking me to court over it They are really bad They will sell you an aerial for £900 if you say yes that’s what you pay Next door might get same service for £80 It’s disgusting Just type into YouTube Aerial force rogue traders They assaulted the camera crew Now I’m getting threats off his engineers They are sending me pictures of me threatening my life Johnathon leister Just sent me threats and a picture of me Time for the police be very aware people”

“Absolute crooks pray on the elderly robbed my gran out of £987 for a new aerial. Got another company to check it for us and was advised should of only cost at most £180-£195. Have reported them to trading standards and watchdog. Please please do not use this company”

“I had an engineer come to my house misdiagnos what was wrong with it and charge me a £70 call out charge, he said I needed a 2 way splitter which was another £99 +vat, I called in Northampton digital who came and fixed the aerial which took 10 seconds as the outer wire was touching the inner wire, I have been trying to get a full refund from Shelly who has called me a liar and offered me £30 This company should be avoided at all cost. Very untrustworthy people”

“wish I'd read these reviews before proceeding. I had a perfectly good aerial that gave me a picture on an old tv but not my new tv. the technician advised I must have a faulty tv or a weak signal and offered to test the signal for £70 (minimum call out fee). it took him literally 2 minutes to plug in and tell me I had a really strong signal and that my tv was broken. helpfully he suggested that I plug the aerial into a set-top box and connect to my tv with an HDMI cable. at the time I was grateful for the advice. today, I learnt that there's nothing wrong with my tv, it just needed tuning in. did he tell me this? of course not. will I get a refund? fat chance.”

“Do not use this company, totally dishonest. Charged us £240 for an 8 way TV amp that I could have purchased for £30-40. Beware!”

“If I could give no stars I would ! This engineer from Aerial Force has left me with no satellite signal at all after blundering his way through a straightforward resiting of the dish. I am now going to have to get another engineer to put the dish back where it was after being left by an engineer from Aerial Force with a situation 100x worse than it was before he came, and they will pay for that! How do you expect to get a signal with a dish sited like this and look at the dangling cables!”

“Same day service they said,,we"ll look after you they said...three and an half days later after fobbing me off with excuses I've had to get someone else in...Its beyond me how this company stays in buisness with their poor service and dont give a damn attitude...86 year old widow with no TV for 3 and an half days (which they knew) and they couldn't care less...they should be ashamed...Use this company at your peril......guaranteed dissatistfaction..”
