Massively expensive price in comparison to other companies; but used as I was promised an exceptional service / aftercare. Down the line I now have 0 channels on the TV, so I have contacted Aerial Force who have told my they can attend for £69 plus VAT, not including parts. It’s disappointing considering it’s only been just over a year. I have then had another aerial company out who have told me that Aerial Force has done a horrendous, dangerous install, and then sorted the problem out. Not only that, they told me that Aerial Force are known for having incompetent engineers. Big price for just a 1 year warranty; avoid!!! I would argue the toss with warranty, but they have still not sent me an invoice! I asked for this and the customer care team advised that they do not ‘stock’ any invoices; highly unrecommended company.

They have cancelled on me three times in a week. Once i could accept, twice was annoying and today, the third time I have given up and found someone else. First excuse was the job they are on is overrunning, second excuse was a vague unfortunately we don't have an engineer (but they made the booking so thats a little hard to believe) and when I expressed my dissatisfaction at being let down twice was told its Christmas everyone is busy! Today I was told the engineer is sick and when I called to tell them to shove it I was told that the 2 engineers in my area have called in this morning with covid and the earliest date they can attend is..........tomorrow! Donald Trump must have found a new job already. Finally, be wary of a company that calls you on the day of your appointment but somehow has a way of only letting the phone ring once before they leave a message forcing you to contact them. I have no idea whether the actual engineers are any good but the booking service is a total shambles and provides zero confidence.

Very odd experience taking advantage of fact we knew nothing about tv aerial . Charged us £500 for attaching new aerial to wall , throwing cable over roof without fixing it to any location and connected cable at external box . Didn’t check tv connection inside house until end ?? We were too busy and trusting on Christmas Eve . Loose connection at tv and they dint even bother offering a new short cable just pushed tv stand against the wall. Had checked trustpilot and should have checked other reviews - feel. Heated out of our hard earned money .

An installation booked for yesterday - nobody turned up. As I ended up chasing it as it was getting late I was told that someone was going to be here today instead. I received a call in the afternoon saying again no engineer would attend, offering their services after Christmas - I said no. So much for 'any time, anywhere'.

Had my TV put on the wall and unfortunately the TV was not put to the right height. I paid extra so I didn't have to see cables but that's all I can see. My TV started making a noise mind you this was a brand new TV. I reported this to the company and they said it was not from the TV installation but from my cable network. Which had not given us problems before. The customer service woman I spoke to was very rude, and talked to me in a threatening manner which I found very disturbing. She was not helpful at all and I will be taking the case further. I paid £310 for the service and I am very disappointed with the service I received. I am meant to have the engineer come to correct the problem but I am not hopeful that it will happen. I never give negative reviews at all but please do your homework before thinking of using this company. They take your money and become rude if you come back with a problem. On a positive not the engineer even though he did not do a satisfactory job a was kind.

Do not trust this company or part with your money. They will do anything they can to say your warranty is void and want you to pay to come fix their shoddy installation. Cowboys!!!!

Do not use this company. I had a slot between 1-6 pm no one arrived and didn't get a call to explain why. A total let down.

Total rip-off company avoid Engineer came on time plugged his finder in he was in for 1 minute said I needed extra parts £82 for 1 minutes work total rip-off company how do company’s get away with ripping customers of I could understand if he got his ladders out or even looked at the dish but not even that happened

Been let down twice with engineers not turning up, waited in 9-5 both days to be told at 4.30 and 4 that they wasnt coming, then to be told the appointment had only just been made at 2.15. Diabolical. Poor service.

Failed to turn up 4 times including once being rang by the engineer who claimed he was enroute but never showed up. Just wasted entire day again waiting.

Feel absolutely scammed out of my hard earned money. Called this company to install Sky in my home, Sky would have done it for free but I wanted it earlier. Engineer connects the sky cable the same way I did and told me it would work. I asked him to run new cables that I put and he got out off due to the rain and said the old ones will be fine. I asked if we should connect the box to see if it works said insisted it would work. Well guess what? Does not work. Almost £100 paid for a diagnostics and some connectors and 15 mins of work. Really poor service from this company.

Booked for an aerial check and possible renewal for Monday by e-mail. Had 2 telephone calls to confirm the booking. I called at 5.45 and was told they would definitely arrive later. No engineer no call. I called Tuesday to request completion of booking and was told that they can't come out until Wednesday. I found another company and they were brilliant arrived within 6hours now we have a new dish and good TV images. Very poor service from AerialForce.

Awful customer service. Booked in for an all day appointment. Didn’t turn up. Rebooked in for a morning slot the day after. Missed that slot. Called to state they’ll be here by 1. Called at 1.15 to then be told that they didn’t make any promised on times, which they did twice. Made to feel like a lair. Outrageous.

Promised an engineer , didn't turn up. Same again the following day. It's now 4 days later & still haven't heard from them. Sussed the problem myself now, Shan't be using them again.

Aerial Force set out an engineer promptly a few weeks ago. However, I was pretty concerned with the advice the engineer gave on the day. First he diagnosed a blown amplifier which was going to cost a further £70 to fix but after some more deliberations he decided I also needed a new mast top and associated power supply. He said he was unable to complete the task as the light was fading but he would come back and do the job for £300 plus VAT. I thought about it but thankfully did not commit at the time as I thought spending £360 was a bit excessive. I was proved right when I investigated myself and found a blown capacitor in my amplifier. I was then able to order a replacement for less than £2 on the internet and fit it free-of-charge! Had I not been so savvy (and luckily had the contact number of a family friend in the trade) your company would have pretty much ripped me off to the tune of £288.

This company is not really good with the time management. I was waiting for the engineer the whole day and they never turned up till 5pm. Finally send me a voicemail that the engineer can't come today and needs to reschedule the appointment. Very bad communication. Not recommended this company.

Forget the headline. This is jot a same day service, or a next day service. They will book you in for a day and then cancel and offer you a slot on the next day. You'll probably accept that, miss going to work, and wait while they give you an 8 hour window. You will call them after 6 hours so that they can reassure you the job is going ahead. Then you will wait until half an hour before the cut off time, when you will receive a call from them to say that they can't make it after all, but they will offer you another 8 hour window the day after tomorrow, which would be 4 days, not same day, and expect you to be grateful as if you are not paying £200 for them to mess you around.

Waited in for 2 days for this company to be cancelled both days. Totally waisted my days and time. Definately would not recommend to anyone.
