Cowboy's, I paid £150 for these Cowboy's to put up A aerial, The aerial poll was all ready their on the roof all they had to do was put up a standard aerial & they cheated me & put up A £5 mine aerial not A standard aerial as agreed, 80% of the time the TV signal SUCKS, A metal coat hanger could do a better (JOB) DO NOT TRUSTED Aerialforce ROUGE COWBOY'S

Engineer was hour late, gave a quote deposit was requested to book engineer for work to be carried out next day. Engineer Ricky said be there 9am at 10.30am engineer did not show. I rang company they had no record of taken my booking. I have not been refunded back deposit and received no service .. Scam don't trust this company 😒

The worse company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Twice booked and twice didn’t turn up until the following day. He didn’t even ask to see what the issue was or ask to see it (TV). I was simply Told my Ariel had fallen down and that I needed a new one. However, when I went to see what he was doing my Ariel was still fine on the top of the roof and he was just starting to undo the bolts to take it off! He told me I needed a new Ariel and splitter box (I’ve read the exact same below, so seems a common apparent problem!), saying the splitter box was full of water. He threw it down so I picked it up to see for myself... it was dry inside and still had the paper sticker firmly unweathered inside the casing. (He obv thought I was daft!). Charged me £200. He didn’t even then check to see if the problem was now resolved, I asked him if was good. To and I was told ‘no, we don’t do that’ (bizarre!). I found out the following day that the issue was still there (how odd). Now waiting for him to turn up tomorrow. Felt like the apparent ‘problem’ was a well rehearsed speech and I see another customer got told the same below. Depending on what happens tomorrow, will see if this needs taking further, as I’m not happy!

Booked them. Gave a weeks notice. Rang on day to confirm they were coming. Yes all good. Rang 6 hours later to confirm they were still coming. Yes all good. Phone call half hour later sorry we're not coming. Who knew!!! Waste of time company. Steer clear.

Ariel didn't work and it said they will try and fix are I'm they Didn't even try to repair TV Ariel, just tried to sale me an over price antenna, waste if my time and very hard earned money. Keep away from this company

We paid just shy of £400 for a REPAIR not a replacement satellite dish and cable to 1 connection in a bungalow. Wanted over £100 for the second connection, which we chose not to have. Knew we were being ripped off but they had us over a barrel. Apparently a rat had bitten thru our cable, would love to know if anyone else has been given this as a diagnosis.

I had arranged for them to call and do a survey on the 22/02/21, do you think that they turned up, or contacted me! of course not, waste of space, however, l have sent the details to Which and Trusted Traders, but the will still come up with some excuse which you should not believe, just avoid using them.

Terrible service, I was not told that payment was on completion, I phoned for an invoice when the job was done and was told that the office only gets invoices three days later. I was threatened that the aerial that was removed will go up and be left in a dangerous position, so that someone will get hurt. Terrible Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was persuaded that free sat would solve my aerial problems. The installation was very poor with cabling placed loosely in gutters. I have now realised the price charged was over twice the price other aerial companies charge

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. They charge £59 + VAT to visit then try to sell you an aerial at several times the price of everyone else. The ‘engineer’ was quite aggressive and very pushy.

Useless engineer, and company, a hour wasted, then wanted more time ! A rip off. Strange another company came next day within the hour all resolved and working

Engineer arrived at 2.35pm for an 8.00am - 9.00am appointment and then gave a ludicrous estimate for what a local company took 25 minutes to do for less than half of the price this guy quoted. I will let you draw your own conclusions.

Do not use this company. The grumpy engineer worked for a maximum of 10 minutes to fix and issue with satellite TV reception. However after only 4 days the problems with poor signal returned. I emailed Aerialforce, TV Aerial Company, who stated I would need to pay another £82.20 for an engineer to visit the property again. With no guarantee of the work, I have no intention of letting this company rob me again. This is appalling aftercare service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very expensive for not much work, and a job poorly done, which will need re doing. I had to pay a fee for diagnostics, when all I needed was a cable replacing and the plastic cover used to hide the wires was uneven and messy looking. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Lee attended our address and informed us that we needed a new dish at a cost of £250.00. He stated that the one we had was not able to provide the service we required. He did nothing for half an hour and charged us £94.00 and classed this as a diagnostic! He stated that it was impossible for it to work! I had another company out whom had my dish working is less than 10 minutes. I had to send several reports to them but eventually got my money back. Absolutely appalling. Reported to trading standards.

Absolute waste of time. Called at 11am. Was told an engineer would be round “some time” in the day. Called at 2pm told not to worry, engineer is on route. Called the 3rd time at 4pm (close of business is 6pm) told an engineer was on route. After I complained that I had been waiting all day and was an engineer definitely coming, I was told actually they had not booked me in at all...and there was no engineer even scheduled to come. Spoke to an incredibly rude lady, who somehow tried to shift the blame to me by asking what I wanted her to do about it. Well...her job preferably. Unprofessional. Rude and an absolute waste of time. Called 11am. 2pm to check. Told 4pm we have wasted your time. My advice is avoid this company like the plague, use one of their competitors.

Don’t use Aerialforce - fitter wouldn’t go on roof as said he had wrong footwear on! Promised to come back 1st job day after and never turned up. I chased on the phone all day and was told fitter would definitely be there. Eventually got a call at 5pm to say wasn’t coming and would I like to book for another day. Told them where to go - an absolute disgrace

Rubbish company. They quickly came out to fit an aerial in December, however very expensive and didn't take the old aerial down!!! Just 2 months later there is a problem, rang them up to ask if someone could come out today and fix it, but no, got to wait 2 days, even though I stressed that it was for my 92 year old nan, living on her own in lockdown. The lady on the phone said they're doing their best in lockdown, well, aren't we all!!!??? At the price they charged £250 they should of come and fixed it today!!! Will NEVER use again and neither will I recommend. Bad service, nothing more than theives
