They charged 3 times the average price of a freesat box and when I decided to return the 2 freesat receivers 2 days later, they charged completely unreasonable costs for de-installation (just to disconnect the box from my tv set, for God sake!!!!!!!!!!) and to collect the items. Not to mention that they charged almost £30 for 1 meter cable!!!!! They obviously wanted to refund as less as possible. They just rip off people. The worst company and my worst experience.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They charged 3 times the price of a freesat box compared with the average amazon price. Although there was an old sky box in the house from the previous owner and I asked the technician if that would work for my second tv set, he said no and persuaded me to buy a second freesat. When I changed my mind and decided to return the receiver, they charged an unreasonable amount for de-installation (just to disconnect the receiver from the tv set??? - for GOD SAKE!!!!) and for collection!!!!!! They also charged a completely unreasonable amount for cables. Almost £30 for 1 meter cable! MADNESS!!!!!! Their aim was obviously to refund as less as possible. It is the worst company I have ever used in my whole life!!!!!!!!!!

£59 cost for a diagnostic check and £240 to install a signal booster. The work undertaken did not work and there is still a weak/poor picture on the Freeview Television. I have asked to return the signal booster as it is not fit for purpose and Aerial Force want to charge £69 to disconnect the Box and £69 to collect it, so £138 to collect equipment that is not doing what it is meant to. I am currently in the process of saying I can disconnect and return the box myself by Royal Mail Secure delivery and save £138. Please be aware of this company which has high costs. A google search will find a Signal Booster for £20 so be very very careful before using this company.

Rip off merchants, not sure how the engineer can sleep at night. Charged my confused gran £200 for a £5 part and didn’t even bother to go on the roof to check the aerial. We had to get another company out to repair the aerial properly. STAY AWAY!!!

Do not go anywhere near this company. We got a diagnostic check and fix the engineer was an hour and is quite happy to leave us with a booster in the loft plugged in to a socket taken of a light. The original plan was for a reverse current of a socket in the living room. After phoning aerial force to get this changed was told that it was an extra £60. So £412 for an hour's work, now have a fire risk and aerial force not interested

Do not use! Made a call to aerial force as our tv lost it's reception and that we might need a new aerial so I asked for a quote. Their technician arrived, Lee and he told me that we might not need a new aerial as we already had a digital aerial! To diagnose the fault the cost would be £69 + vat ( £82 ) so it was never going to be a free quote for an aerial!! To put a aerial booster into our loft space, 3 feet of cable (£15) and a new aerial service plate (£12) and the diagnostics of the fault total £231!!! DO NOT USE this company ! Lee the technician, was very abrupt and to the point. I think he forgot I was the customer!

BE AWARE. I have full freeview coverage but lose BBC channels in bad weather. I'm pensioner in 70's so called Engineer. Already have 3 aerial in attic. Engineer suggest i needed to add another aerial their top model plus amplifier's at cost of well over £300. Nothing less would do??? Thankfully I said no. Wondering if this was a rouge trader as im a pensioner. Is this the sort of company we can trust ?? certainly I would not deal with them again. PEOPLE be warned !!!!!!

Was promised a same day visit (before 18:00), and told they would call before attending. I didn't hear back from them, so I called at 17:30, and was told that they tried to call me several times. I asked for the number they were calling me on, and it was incorrect. Not even vaguely similar to the number I gave them earlier. Regardless, I was told that the engineer is still attending. End of the day, and no engineer. I stayed in all day, and did not go out for work, hence I lost salary. After I complained, I was offered a 10% discount, which amounts to £6.90, and I refused, given that I had to stay home, and lose much more than that.

Had a engineer come out for TV signal breaking down had to pay a diagnose change of £83.50. Engineer said cable breaking down, so decided to have a new installation aerial, bracket, pole and cable only a short run on a bungalow was charged £360. Being that I gave him the job you would think he would have knocked the diagnoses charge off, they state free estimate until the engineer looks to see what the problem is hows does he no ? . Notice since other companies are charging £200 for new installation, obviously was ripped off keep away from these sharks.

We telephoned Aerialforce to book an engineer to re attach our aerial to the roof as only the pole had snapped after being bent in the winds. An appointment was booked and the following day we waited until 3pm to contact the head office to confirm someone was still attending our address due to new COVID restrictions. They confirmed that someone was still attending. Approx half an hour later an engineer rang me explaining he could not make the call as he had no ladders.....seriously an aerial engineer had no ladders! He also went on to state that due to the explanation of our problem we would need to purchase a whole new aerial. I explained that the aerial was still working and was only a year old, he didn't want to believe me and stated that it must be old to be broken. I had to state that I would even show him a receipt for the aerial to prove we were not lying about its age ! The call felt like extortion for money and blackmail for an engineer to attend. I rang through to the head office number to explain what had happened and was left on hold........ Intimidating engineer and pressure tactics used.

I got an email offering to come and repair connection on Saturday (today). Accepted, although more expensive than others who could only call on Monday. After several phone calls and subsequent promises, waiting in, etc. they finally agreed at 4.30, when it is dark, that they wouldn't turn up today, but offering Monday! A "bad experience" is putting it mildly. NOT recommended.

Advertised as servicing the Wrexham area, did have an immediate response to online chat but was informed they do not cover the 'LL' postcode area of Wrexham. Does not service Wrexham then. Need to change their website.

WARNING: Avoid this company! Refused to cancel appointment even they can't make it within the agreed timeframe. Charged £82.80 for a 5 mins look and quoted £380+vat for changing 2 brackets. Super fishy and dishonest company. Claim no call out charge but manage to charge £82.80 for doing nothing as a diagnose charge!
