Unprofessional! Disgraceful! Embarrasing Business! Dont not use! Stay away! They leave you for days calling and trying to get service. Engineers cancel for no reason. They never show up on time. You have to beg to get them around. And when they install a faulty dish......charge you to fix when they say its a free call back. Have reported to Consumer Advice!

Dreadful customer service. Booked appointment for Wednesday on Sunday. Engineer didn't show up and was promised he would be here on Thursday. Didn't show Thursday either. They don't care. Absolutely shocking. I would be embarrassed to be associated with them

Absolute joke of an experience, just wanted an existing aerial splitting to reach a couple of rooms in the house, the installer turned up, horrible attitude, said he didn't want to do the job and for that reason he would charge is £400, shoved a paper quote in my hand and ran off.

The 1 star is for the politeness of the call booking operator. Appointment arranged ok and told the installer would be with me by 6pm and would ring 1/2hr before arrival. At 5pm I received a call cancelling the installation and I would have to wait another 3 days. Not good enough especially having lost a day's pay waiting!!

Booked for Saturday 31st October between 12 - 6pm !! Did not turn up - did not receive a call or text to let me know. Called and was told he would not be coming - rebooked in for Sunday between 8am - 1pm !! Still nothing !! No call no engineers !! Absolute shocking !! Customer service diabolical !! Useless !!!

Service was rubbish fitter arrived a day late, the price was exorbitant £154 for an item £30. on Amazon £70 for engineer to call was told by Bailey a manager that the extra money was for a guarantee & it’s a waste of time asking for any refund you just get lied to. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I was promised a same day visit on Friday, at 4pm received a call to say they couldn’t visit but would reschedule for Saturday. At 3pm Saturday received a call again cancelling visit. Waited in 2 days. Call handler repeatedly talked over me. Promise high but fail to deliver. I’m curious that on the website they claim to have 4* plus reviews, but most of the reviews on here are 1*. Glad they let me down. Feel like I’ve had a lucky escape.

Booked an installation the previous week. Agreed a day for the work and then get a call at 3pm to say they can't make it. I stayed in all day on Saturday. Waste of time. Will not rebook with them.

Called for a diagnostic, my 74 year old mother plugged the ariel into the wrong part, the engineer Gareth Simpson was in for no more than 2 minutes and charged £70.80 for a plug being put in the wrong socket! A bit shocking considering nothing needed to be fixed.

Took half a day off of work. Was told the engineer would be out between 2 and 5pm. Said I'd get a call 30 minutes before arrival. Waited until 5pm, then I phoned them only to be told that the engineer had been running late and was on his way home.told the operator I was very unhappy and the only response I got when I told him our house was empty so sat on the floor cold for over 3 hours was ooh never mind, I'm sorry, do you want me to book you in for another day. Of course I didn't book them again.

Under NO circumstances should you use Aerialforce. They charge way over the average price for the job. Avoid.

The engineer mis-diagnosed a faulty aerial when the actual fault was a failed booster and 4G interference. He quoted £350 but thankfully we got a second opinion from a local engineer who restored all the channels for a fraction of the quote. So either the engineer didn't know what he was doing, or worse...

5 hours to put up a TV on the wall and damaged my brand new fireplace and then management arguing on the phone, bullying staff and customer. Awful company don't use!!

Ripped off. Quoted me one price then charged a higher price when the work was done. In a totally bizarre conversation, the engineer denied having twice agreed a small discount on the price he had originally quoted about an hour beforehand. Judging by the other 1 star reviews I am not the first person to have been scammed. Sadly I doubt I'll be the last.

Total rip off! Advises a free quote. Beware when they do come out minimum charge £59 + vat is a hidden call out charge called a diagnostic check this is if you don’t even have the work carried out. Then it is very over priced from then. It’s all money money money! I was a woman alone with two males saying I need to pay up for a diagnostic check. I felt so overwhelmed and uncomfortable. Was then put onto the phone to a male manager who I felt pressured into paying when the diagnostic check wasn’t even finished. I had to ask, please could you leave my house. I don’t feel comfortable, I feel so pressured and overwhelmed. I stood my ground and handed over no money. A foot in my door was going to cost me so much money. Your bad reviews below mine are a true reflection of a rip-off bad company. Your clever play on words diagnostic check needs addressing as it’s telling you a problem that will cost x amount but so does a free quote! Please do not use this company!
