Can't comment on their service as they didn't bother to show up. Appointment booked for between 2pm and 6pm. I got a call when out to say the engineer was in my area at 10:15am while I was out. I said I could be home at 11:00am and duly got home to wait. Subsequent call received at 5pm to say the engineer couldn't make it and asking me to reschedule. Not a chance. I'm not interested in using a company with such poor attention to customer service.

Two really key factors to this negative review. 1) the TV mounting service was quoted to be twice the price of the TV itself, £550 to mount a TV. 2) the chap who came along tried to explain to us our already owned bracket wasn’t fit for purpose (it is as another person done the work with no problem) but instead the ArielForce chap tried to explain we needed to purchase a bracket from him. He was unhelpful, rude and ignorant to our ask. Extremely poor service and I really recommend you think twice before reaching out to this company.

Had them round for two very simple jobs, one to sort a poor feed to a TV then the other to run a new cable round the house to a new TV in a garden room. The price quoted was reasonable given the work involved. Engineer left everything was working but half an hour later had to ring and get him back. When he returned next day he obviously wasn't happy at being called back but identified the problem which was the TV itself but why he didn't spot this the day earlier I don't know. When he left I said thank you and he just walked out of the house not even saying goodbye so obviously has an attitude problem. Today none of my TVs work so I now have to find another company to rectify the issue at extra cost.

Accepted a booking. Over a two week period they twice rescheduled. Finally an engineer turned up and then spoke to his company and they told me that they didn't want to do the work which in itself was not difficult. It involved running two pieces of coaxial cable and to two adjoining cottages which had been explained in the original instruction.

Turned up, looked at my aerial saw me as soon unintelligent woman! Rubbed his hands a few time. Then said he would not do a diagnostic as he was doing me a favourer! Then the price went up £100 every time he opened his mouth! £100 for the aluminium scaffolding bar to fix the aerial too! £245 for the aerial. £100 plus for a amplifier. By the time we finished we had gone from £60 up-to £500. Then he wrote on his paperwork * CUSTOM DOES NOT UNDERSTAND* I understand sunshine! Con artist! I understood perfectly. *I Do not recommend this company!*

Booked twice; they didn't turn up twice. So no idea if they're competent, but they're certainly not reliable.

Had an all day booking up to 4pm, waited in all day, was supposed to get a call 30 mins prior to arrival, by 4.15pm heard nothing, so emailed to cancel. Had reply, with no apology at all. Very poor customer service, wont ever use again, and won’t recommend to anybody either.

Con men, turned up at old relatives door uninvited ,drilled 4 holes and charged 200 pounds to put a vascular dementia,s TV on wall, utter disgrace and sham. Please don't even ask for quote as cocky guy bullies his way in next morning UNINVITED £200 FOR 2 MINUTES WORK

I am not happy with the performance of the engineers who left me a card and tried to tell me how wonderful they are. Firstly all downstairs Humax freesat boxes were wired up incorrectly with the input going into the output thus making it a one channel recorder. I don not know what they did upstairs. Firstly they removed the Freeview box from one bedroom to another then they managed to connect satellite cables into the Freeview box (Aerial only). Whether they could wire it incorrectly is a moot point. The Freeview box was taken from one bedroom into another, again it was wired incorrectly. On top of which there were several metres of satelite cable in the garden, These were installed to allow us to move the sets around. My next move is to get in touch and report the ad. Cowboys belong in the wild west NOT installing tv dishes. I AM VERY UNHAPPY, YOUR COMMENTS PLEASE. Jeff Ward 07768 366601

APPOINTMENT MADE FOR A HOME VISIT, REPRESENTATIVE RANG AND CANCELLED THE VISIT AT THE LAST HOUR ( WE HAD WAITED IN ) MADE FURTHER APPOINTMENT, REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT TURN UP OR RING TO EXPLAIN ( WE WAITED IN ALL DAY ) NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE DOES NOT GET MUCH WORSE THAN THIS.

Said they would turn up next day but I got a message late in the day they were supposed to come saying my appointment was delayed 4 days. Don’t use these bunch of liars.

Same day service. Called in the morning - yes our engineer will be with you today and will call beforehand. Checked late afternoon - yes he will be with you by six. No call, no apology. Next day - he couldn’t get to you but will today if that’s OK. Yes but not great and he better show up! No call, no apology. These people are liars and time wasters. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

Booked to have TV bracket fitted got phone call at 4.30pm to say they were running late could they come next day. Next day didn't come again, no phone call. I rung them the next day promised they would come that day. Again didn't turn up and no phone call. Don't waste your time with them. Awful customer service.

Rip off. Paid for TV wall mounting and an aerial. Gave me a fixed wall bracket for a 32in tv (told me if fits a bigger tv). I told him it must as I am getting a bigger TV in a week and I can then hang the new one on the supplied bracket. Also, wires left dangling and no attempt to hide them. So lied. Then he told me that the wall mount installation would not show on the receipt as aerial force, would want to know why it was done so cheap, as they usually charge much more. So £240 quid for 6 screws in a cheap bracket and an aerial that local guys usually fit for £80 quid or so. No tidying or concealment of the wires. Bloke told me aerial force, we're expensive soon as he, walked in. Amateur expensive installation! Now need to pay someone else for the bigger bracket I was told I had fitted. Don't use!!

Ripped of my parents - charged over £300 for an aerial that costs £18! Google aerial force rogue traders BBC program DONT USE THESE BANDITS! Aerials from £49 my ars*

Not happy with the service Got no signal all the time after paying £250 Everyone antenna is on top of the roof Your guy put mine on the side of the house I mentioned that to him but he said it doesn’t make a difference And now got no TV It takes a small wind or a rain to lose signal I need that to be fixed now

Engineer arrived without the right bracket. I’d specified what I wanted to the sales team when I booked the appointment. He went back to the yard to collect the “correct” bracket. When he’d left I noticed that the bracket was not the bracket I had shown him - I wanted the same as on my kitchen tv. Spoke to the sales office. Very patronising and rude operator. No help at all. Told me the engineer would call me but no call to date. They charged me over £300 for putting up a simple tilt and swivel bracket. Be careful with these people. Vastly over priced and not helpful once they have your money.

Engineer came Thursday 4hours late, told me I needed a new booster £100plus vat, I said no as the same one I can get for under £30. told me I needed new internal cables running. I sent him packing and finally found the fault and fixed myself.
