“Called out Monday,after 4 hours having butchered all sockets and leaving mess everywhere said he couldn't fix it,had to get someone else in to sort it all out and get going.charged for absolutely nothing.DO NOT USE”

“hostile, rude, threats, high quote, demand for call out charge for two minutes work and quote that was over the top. Engineer threatened me. Then his manager called and did the same. Had to pay to escape threats to rip my satellite dish off the wall every time they passed the house. Avoid”

“Had tv fitted to wall was quoted £109 plus vat it ended up £185 then the man that fitted drilled right through wall into bathroom doing damage to my wall tile and a untidy hole behind tv came 8.30 am never went till 12.50 pm”

“Disgusted Picture wasn’t sorted when engineer left premises as had to go somewhere, paid the bill and was told engineer would come back if problem persist After 3 x re call out again and no-one turning up I got in touch with the Transmitter people who have said my signal is on wrong transmitter an d needs adjusting They also took aerial companies phone number to contact them.... but have had no joy So moral of story is they took my money without sorting real problem and haven’t turned up again to rectify it I now have another company looking at it These are also called the tvaerialcompany Will never contact again or recommend”

“Had aerial force as I had a fault with getting signal he did find the fault it was a bad connection which he fix but them told us that who ever installed the aerial had made a botch job anyway cut long story short we decide to have a new cistern instored as we eldery we had no idea won't a resoble prices was for this job put they charge us £519. which now we no was way over top the most installers charge is £250 do not uses this company and now found out that they have been on tv programme watch dog as rouge traders”

“Had them out to fix dish was told it was the unit i paid 109.00 plus vat plus 59.00 plus vat total of 206.00 I then looked on amazon the unit was 18.88 exact make and model plus free delivery so they have charged me 90.00 plus to fit said part which took him approximately 3 to 4 mins to fit. I have put a complaint in but there not interested I would advise you go somewhere else in the unpredictable time we should not be taken advantage of. They probably will not even publish this review.”

“I was charged £515 to mount a 55` TV and a 40` TV on the wall. Engineer refused to use our brand new bracket for 40" tv, instead charged me £55 for one he had in van. The 55" TV bracket is brand new but still I had to insist he use it. Beware and shop around. Not happy.”

“Quoted £49 for repair so accepted. On that basis, I left 98 yo mother in law on her own. She called me to say when guy arrived, he said (surprise surprise) aerial needed to be replaced. She felt she had no option to accept price of £300! Tried to call to complain, but no one was available to take a call. Total rip off”

“i got this company to come and connect my TV to the satellite ...charged £45 for not quite sure what. was told it was a free call out to get a quote. ths company is somehow linked to a company called Aerial force and they have a great health and safety message on the home screen about all staff will be wearing masks etc. "forget it" i was then charged £120 for the sat box as was told this is what they cost (they are£49 on John Lewis and Ebay and Argos.) Please don't be conned like we were today ..have also reported to trading standards”

“Absolutely rubbish there rules and regulations. I just looked at the reviews and called this service. In the beginning, they did not clearly mention the price but in the end, they charged me £202 including £30 VAT which was not mentioned in the beginning. They gave me the cheapest bracket with triple the price of any retail store and just put the bracket on the wall. £202 for this service is very very expensive and it is the worse service ever I had. The company did not support me. I am definitely not to use this service and get help from somewhere else rather this fake customer service.”
