Both appointments missed meaning 2 days lost pay from work one cctv camera not working after only 2 months the holes in the wall for the cables are bare with no silicone at all meaning all types of wildlife are free to wander into my living room! Stay well clear of this company they are totally useless!

Hi all engineers, my satellite dish wasn’t fixed, no channels no nothing, despite this I had to pay £83 to Matthew the engineer for...nothing!!! On their website is NOT mentioned: “If an engineer is not able to fix/fitted a dish a full refund will be provided”. The company must ensure this important issue is included on their website! Lost of money and time. Search elsewhere guys😡☹️👎

My wife drove(45mins) to be at my mums ( 87 years old) for a 4pm appointment. At 4.15pm I called in to check the appointment was scheduled, this was confirmed. At 5.45pm the appointment was cancelled to the great inconvenience of both my wife and mother. ........Not great

I arranged for an engineer to come out on the 17th of Jan. All agreed. I got a call at 1700 to say that the engineer could not make it and that someone would be with me between 9 and 1400 the next day. Again no one turned up. Staff were apologetic but unable to answer any questions. After four calls, finally someone told me at 1600 that no one would be coming until Monday. I cancelled the appointment (not that I had any belief anyone was going to show) and used a local person. Terrible service and will never recommend.

People out there , do not use this company, booked on line for next day service, they assured me someone will come between 9-6 waited all day , I got a call to say he can’t make it . Wasted all day waiting! What a joke . Never again

This company is unprofessional. Seems to be run by amateurs who have zero business sense or acumen. They will promise you whatever you want to get the £50 fee for turning up. Will not do what they say. Will not reply to calls or emails. The engineers should not lawfully be allowed to use that name. A more fitting title would be cowboys. Do not let anyone from this company into your home. They have a substandard work ethic and have no customer retention skills. I believe the positive reviews are bogus. You have a choice of other great companies. Use this company if you have money to lose.

Horrible, trash company. Booked an Engineer between 11-3pm. Ashley turned up at 4:30. Spent 5 minutes and wanted to get paid his £50 appearance fee. So we paid on the premise he was going to give us a full quote. on the 6th day of no reply to calls or emails I called the company. They promised I would get a call that evening or latest the day after. Three days later I called again and was promised a call that evening. Surprise Surprise no call or email. If you want to get any work done you have a number of great local companies to use. Whatever you do, do not waste your time and call these thieves. They lie, waste your time and seem to only thrive of taking £50 from customers. The joke is that I have to give them even 1 star. Waste of time and waste of breath calling them. No one is helpful and have zero customer skills.

This company had been a disgrace and treated an old man who lives in a care home with contempt. An installation took place on a Sunday and when the engineer and client tried to make the payment the office was closed. Payment was arranged for Monday. Unfortunately the client got rushed 999 to hospital. Through the week the client and go between got vicious phone calls threatening behaviour. 2 people that live in a vulnerable situation. I would never use this company ever again.

What a rip off don’t use charged a pensioner £400 for tv aerial with two points in the house How many have they ripped off which are elderly and vulnerable. Would of give no stars for this service.

Despite promising a same day service and that someone would be out before 6pm they cancelled at 4.15 as they were “running behind”. We had cancelled everything this afternoon to accommodate this. They offered to reschedule for another day but am not prepared to take another half day from work as they are not reliable.

I booked this company on the Tuesday, specifically for Sat. I was told the engineer would be with me between 8-1. I called at 12.45 to be told the engineer was running late and he would telephone me 30 minutes before turning up. 2.45 I called again to ask if I would definitely get a visit that day as I had waited in all morning, to be told again the engineer would call me. Finally at 4.50 Aerial Force called to say their engineer would not be coming as he was on another job!! I would not recommend this company!

Didn’t even show up and that was after receiving a call to say they would come between 11am and 5pm and would phone half an hour before coming! What a waste of a day!

I am not sure how you have achieved the rating you have. Are they all true I have to ask myself. You engineer what booked and arrived as planned. Did some work then offered to fit a splitter that was already attached. Already meaning the original was cut off by the engineer then offered to fit a splitter for £40 on top of the £70 charged. This is for a pensioner who he thought perhaps would be an easy touch. But how wrong. You have been given the opportunity to correct this but have declined. So as you know the next steps are proceedings. Trading standards to start with. Laws of trading.

Engineer turned up at my new house knowing I potentially had no tv for Christmas so no choice. I didn’t have a comparison quote to compare and when he stated there were issues with connections in my loft stated it would be £300 to do the job, although provisional quote from company was £149. He put the dish up in a position he suggested and as part of that needed extra cabling plus extra labour apparently at £85 per hour! He then left site. When I connected my tv and system up I had no signal! The engineer returned the next day to change LMB for correct one then checked some channels then left again. That evening we found half the channels missing still so when the Sky engineer came out he pointed out that only one of the two satellite feeds were connected. He also pointed out the external cable joins that will undoubtedly have moisture ingress. When I explained this to the “senior engineer” the same one that did the installation, during his snotty phone call to me on Boxing Day he said he’d done as I asked??!! Although the only consultation was on the job overall. But it’s ok he’s put tape around it!! Completely overpriced rip off company! And funnily enough not registered with the regulatory body and warned to steer clear of by all other local aerial companies! Do not use!

Do not use this company ! We booked an appointment yesterday 23rd Dec for a faulty tv aeriel and were assured of next day service . We mentioned we were not available 1-2.30 but told this wasn’t a problem . Today a phone call around lunchtime assured us they would be here by 6pm ... at 3pm we were phoned and told engineer finishing last job and we couldn’t be fitted in . Very poor service on Christmas Eve as they now can’t come for 3 days . If we’d known this would happen we could have phoned someone else this morning and probably got a call out today . So now no tv for 3 days over Christmas . Definitely won’t use or recommend this company again
