DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! CON ARTISTS!! I run a small independent hotel. I had an issue with my TV and they took advantage of me being busy and needing the situation fixed. Told me i needed to replace a piece of equipment that cost £585 this took him 15 mins to change. later in the evening when i had time i found that anyone else selling this piece of equipment has it listed for £50 or less. When i queried this with the office manager he attempted to create more lies, when he got stuck told me he would call me back. have tried him every day for a week and he always seems to be on a break. Have given them plenty of time to try and explain and rectify to no result!

Absolute waste of time. Booked in, had a call at 4pm that day to say sorry cant come now so re booked for following thursday afternoon. Waited in again...... no sign of anyone by 4pm so spoke to them who had conveniently no record of appointment. Absolute joke an no customer care, hate to think what their work is like. Stay local ppl!!!!

Having booked an engineer thru this company at 11am, and being assured an engineer would attend my site in the afternooon, I was extremely irritated when I got a call at 5pm advising that they were unable to attend on the same day. Really, really hacked off - as were the tenants of my apartments who I had promised would have their freeview back! Luckily managed to get a local guy to come out at short notice and do the repair - at a cheaper rate! Lesson learned - always look local first.

Booked in for a replacement Ariel as it had fallen off in recent storms. Engineer arrived and quoted for the work then went to leave. I’d booked in for same day service and he said I wasn’t. I rebooted and the engineer was a no show. No courtesy call so I rang them to be told no one was coming, booked in again with 20 % discount and was guaranteed an engineer would come, nobody did. Called in again, disgusting service, lied to and no call backs when requested from manager. Don’t waste your time...take your business to a reputable company

I was sent an incompetent "engineer" who misdiagnosed the problem as a problem with the TV not the aerial. When the problem was finally fixed by someone else - and I queried my initial payment to them, they claimed there was nothing they could do as they are not TV specialists - and the fault was in the TV (which it wasn't) . This is a cowboy firm who hide behind ridiculous arguments and terms and conditions - rather than giving good service. Do not use. Ever!

The engineer was very unprofessional did not carry out any diagnostic test and was very quick to over charge us for the work he did not do. Would not recommend to anyone.

You were over an hour late, your engineer stayed a total of 3 minutes, he didn't even have any change for the cash I gave him and didn't even thank me when I eventually said well fine you can keep it. Overall a poor experience. Won't be coming back to you for the amplifier I apparently need.

Company has not responded to following complaint Engineer could not do job as not equipped to get on the roof. Had requested that an existing aerial in eaves be attached to chimney stack. Reason - slight pixelation on ITV 3. Engineer insisted aerial would be ok If left in eaves and tried with difficulty to retune my TV. Told him aerial could go back in the same place in the eaves that it had been for the past year, showed him, and he said that won’t work, you need an amp. At no point was there any indication of what the cost would be. I left him to it as he said he would fit the amp and bolt the aerial in the eaves. Another round of tuning, even worse result but he then decided to change the aerial socket to cope with the boost in signal. Then tuned and ITV3 signal fine. Checked the TV in my daughter’s room - ok, then checked signal in lounge and informed me that the signal there wasn’t strong enough for a 3rd TV, because it was going through a splitter. A nightmare of a morning, followed by a bill of £129 for ‘a new aerial’ and £110 for amasthead amp and power supply, plus VAT, coming to £286.80. Outrageous! When I looked in the eaves, I discovered he’d given me a new aerial - there was no need for that, and to increase my annoyance the aerial was where it was before. Whatever I said, he took no notice, carried on regardless. He took forever wandering up and down with signal machine, even when told to put the aerial back in the same place and tune to London. As for Aerialforce, the ‘quote’ of around £50 is an undercover call out charge - they call it ‘diagnostic’ even if you ask them to do a specific job. I take responsibility for not reading the small print so should have looked for ‘no call out charge’. Also, price beating applies if you can show them a cheaper estimate from another company before they do anything - why would anyone let them do a job they’d overestimated for? You’d go back to the cheaper company, wouldn’t you! Absolutely disgusted but also feeling stupid for being so trusting and polite - should have sent contractor on his way when he couldn’t or wouldn’t do the job I’d asked for.

I initially requested for a fixed bracket and was quoted £189. Then I called back because I realised that I wanted a moveable bracket that can be tilted left, right, up & down then was quoted £10 more, thus making it £199. But the guy who came to do the work with the opposite kind of bracket, and still charged me for £199! I wasn't inpressed with his work at all. He drilled too many holes on the wall like a trial and error way of working...(where is the skills there?!) The height, the gap, the distances ...Now we have to bare with our neck in pain when watching TV as it ended up a bit too high! Horrible!

I paid £144 and the issue was not fixed. A complete waste of money. Engineer promised to come back and did not turn up today as can broken down. My friend who is a painter and decorator came to visit and spent some time on the issue which he has resolved completely. Will never use your company again and will not recommend you.

I would have given 0 if I could. Poor communication all day until an engineer arrived at 6.30. Lied about price 59£ plus vat call out plus parts LIE you charged £80 labour on top for 5 mins work. We feel ripped off those lnbs cost £40 and your charging £120. Would never use or recommend you ever again.

the man has drilled through my pvc window frame and cracked my window there was already a hole in the wall were the other Ariel was so I cant understand why he has drilled through the frame now condensation is going to get in my window

I paid £175 to have Aerial fitted in loft and two points !!!! Only did 1 point so still have no tv in bedroom although I said when did booking also told the engineer when he came to fit, so only half the job has been done have called so many time and been told he will call me back, never dose and didn’t turn up when I was told he would come back,so I left work early for no reason waiting for him to turn up !!!!!

The broken connection to the aerial should have been repaired. rather than installing a new one which would have saved me considerable cost The freeview box was declared faulty so I bought a new one. I had the old box checked independently which proved to have been set up incorrectly by your engineer

Felt uncomfortable in the mans presents which isn’t like me at all I get on well with anyone. He said my arial wasn’t giving out any signal at all which isn’t try as I can still watch tv it’s just not as good quality as I would like and then told me it would cost £400 plus for a new Ariel which is a rediculous price. So I paid £58.80 for a man to come out make me feel uncomfortable, tell me my Ariel wasn’t working at all which wasnt true and then try and rip me off even more. Will not use again and will not recommend to anyone.

Never turned up ! Was supposed to cone in morning then I was informed it would be afternoon, to then receive a text at 445pm that they’ll have to rearrange - no call made and no apology

Wasn't impressed, your fitter was full of cold, didn't want to be here, dropped my sky hub, moaned about every thing he had to do, sky hub doesn't work properly now.. Also I don't think it is set up correctly..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - The technician was great it was only to connect the tv up I was charged approx 66 including Tax and credit card fee they invoiced me for this amount and charged my card for £94 no explanation why such an amount more. I’ve phoned them and I got told to email someone and it will take 14 days for a response. No apology just fobbed off - they have stolen from me and don’t seem to care

This is the worse company in UK for ripping people off! Don't be fooled by free estimates because it ain't free. If you ask for estimate you get ripped £50.00! Your company won't get anywhere so don't ask or use this company
