“Booked for an aerial check and possible renewal for Monday by e-mail. Had 2 telephone calls to confirm the booking. I called at 5.45 and was told they would definitely arrive later. No engineer no call. I called Tuesday to request completion of booking and was told that they can't come out until Wednesday. I found another company and they were brilliant arrived within 6hours now we have a new dish and good TV images. Very poor service from AerialForce.”

“Awful customer service. Booked in for an all day appointment. Didn’t turn up. Rebooked in for a morning slot the day after. Missed that slot. Called to state they’ll be here by 1. Called at 1.15 to then be told that they didn’t make any promised on times, which they did twice. Made to feel like a lair. Outrageous.”
