Been let down twice with engineers not turning up, waited in 9-5 both days to be told at 4.30 and 4 that they wasnt coming, then to be told the appointment had only just been made at 2.15. Diabolical. Poor service.

Electrician came see the dish and tellme wrong areal they write 49 £ charges but he took £69 insted

Failed to turn up 4 times including once being rang by the engineer who claimed he was enroute but never showed up. Just wasted entire day again waiting.

Brilliant. Otman arrived promptly, Covid aware, and was sufficient fair and thorough, i am extremely happy with his service and would recommend him.

Feel absolutely scammed out of my hard earned money. Called this company to install Sky in my home, Sky would have done it for free but I wanted it earlier. Engineer connects the sky cable the same way I did and told me it would work. I asked him to run new cables that I put and he got out off due to the rain and said the old ones will be fine. I asked if we should connect the box to see if it works said insisted it would work. Well guess what? Does not work. Almost £100 paid for a diagnostics and some connectors and 15 mins of work. Really poor service from this company.

Called on Tuesday and an engineer was here Wednesday morning was kept informed about price and appointment time so no surprises with the bill or any unnecessary waiting around and the service was very professional. Our sky dish needed realigning due the builder accidentally moving it.... all correct now and working great would use again if needed too.

Repaired a damaged sky cable because sky cannot get their engineer to attentd until 9 january. Good communication. Attended on time. Quick response to book this in. Call on the day to confirm engineer is on his way.

What mixed review! I can only say my experience was very good. Booked an appointment at 9pm online & aerialforce phoned me back in 20 mins. Took 3 appts to sort it, but I found the service, particularly communication, excellent. Would recommend

After Essex Aerials tried to rip us off the day before by saying we needed to fully upgrade our equipment in the loft and also add a steel mast outside the building, Andy was a complete breath of fresh and explained how it was a straight forward job to get the wall point working in lounge. No new parts needed! Extremely friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

Came on the day as booked. Good engineer and thorough in his signal reception assessment. Although the agreed price to install an aerial was made; it was only on payment I was advised the quote was exclusive of VAT. You don't sell products to the Public without stating 'plus VAT! That was the disappointing part of the whole event. I know it's all part of some companies sales technique but it left a sour taste and I will look elsewhere in the future.

Arrived when agreed, did the job in minutes, made sure everything worked, tuned the television in, and more importantly was covid safe and respectful of new carpets, made my wife happy something I haven't been able to achieve for years!
