Excellent friendly professional. Stuck to quote even though took a little longer than expected. Great service and customer friendly. Really recommend.

Quoted over £600 to change my door lock I had to pay a call out of £95 plus vat before they would send anyone it’s disgusting And he can in an aerial installers van I got a local person to change it and was charged £75

I got an email offering to come and repair connection on Saturday (today). Accepted, although more expensive than others who could only call on Monday. After several phone calls and subsequent promises, waiting in, etc. they finally agreed at 4.30, when it is dark, that they wouldn't turn up today, but offering Monday! A "bad experience" is putting it mildly. NOT recommended.

Advertised as servicing the Wrexham area, did have an immediate response to online chat but was informed they do not cover the 'LL' postcode area of Wrexham. Does not service Wrexham then. Need to change their website.

Rang on Wednesday to have my son's tv put on wall got a call back right away said they would try and get someone out than called to say he couldn't make it as he was stuck at previous call and they made an appointment for the day after (new years eve) gave an all day appointment said I would get a call when on way no phone call and no one turned up very poor service.

Engineer turned up as booked and solved the issue in 20 minutes very helpful and professional very good job

WARNING: Avoid this company! Refused to cancel appointment even they can't make it within the agreed timeframe. Charged £82.80 for a 5 mins look and quoted £380+vat for changing 2 brackets. Super fishy and dishonest company. Claim no call out charge but manage to charge £82.80 for doing nothing as a diagnose charge!

Massively expensive price in comparison to other companies; but used as I was promised an exceptional service / aftercare. Down the line I now have 0 channels on the TV, so I have contacted Aerial Force who have told my they can attend for £69 plus VAT, not including parts. It’s disappointing considering it’s only been just over a year. I have then had another aerial company out who have told me that Aerial Force has done a horrendous, dangerous install, and then sorted the problem out. Not only that, they told me that Aerial Force are known for having incompetent engineers. Big price for just a 1 year warranty; avoid!!! I would argue the toss with warranty, but they have still not sent me an invoice! I asked for this and the customer care team advised that they do not ‘stock’ any invoices; highly unrecommended company.

I used the chat in the morning - they phoned back within 10 mins and said that engineer would visit between 9-6. They confirmed by email and engineer phoned to say he was on his way. Really friendly, informed, efficient and new aerial was up within the hour. Mark B was the engineer and would recommend him and the company wholeheardly.

They have cancelled on me three times in a week. Once i could accept, twice was annoying and today, the third time I have given up and found someone else. First excuse was the job they are on is overrunning, second excuse was a vague unfortunately we don't have an engineer (but they made the booking so thats a little hard to believe) and when I expressed my dissatisfaction at being let down twice was told its Christmas everyone is busy! Today I was told the engineer is sick and when I called to tell them to shove it I was told that the 2 engineers in my area have called in this morning with covid and the earliest date they can attend is..........tomorrow! Donald Trump must have found a new job already. Finally, be wary of a company that calls you on the day of your appointment but somehow has a way of only letting the phone ring once before they leave a message forcing you to contact them. I have no idea whether the actual engineers are any good but the booking service is a total shambles and provides zero confidence.

Cost me £180 to install an aerial on the outside of my ground floor flat. This included a booster for a better signal. Engineer left was competent and efficient. This took place several months ago but I am only now reviewing the service so I feel I can speak confidently about the service.

Very odd experience taking advantage of fact we knew nothing about tv aerial . Charged us £500 for attaching new aerial to wall , throwing cable over roof without fixing it to any location and connected cable at external box . Didn’t check tv connection inside house until end ?? We were too busy and trusting on Christmas Eve . Loose connection at tv and they dint even bother offering a new short cable just pushed tv stand against the wall. Had checked trustpilot and should have checked other reviews - feel. Heated out of our hard earned money .

An installation booked for yesterday - nobody turned up. As I ended up chasing it as it was getting late I was told that someone was going to be here today instead. I received a call in the afternoon saying again no engineer would attend, offering their services after Christmas - I said no. So much for 'any time, anywhere'.

Had my TV put on the wall and unfortunately the TV was not put to the right height. I paid extra so I didn't have to see cables but that's all I can see. My TV started making a noise mind you this was a brand new TV. I reported this to the company and they said it was not from the TV installation but from my cable network. Which had not given us problems before. The customer service woman I spoke to was very rude, and talked to me in a threatening manner which I found very disturbing. She was not helpful at all and I will be taking the case further. I paid £310 for the service and I am very disappointed with the service I received. I am meant to have the engineer come to correct the problem but I am not hopeful that it will happen. I never give negative reviews at all but please do your homework before thinking of using this company. They take your money and become rude if you come back with a problem. On a positive not the engineer even though he did not do a satisfactory job a was kind.

So pleased with the service I received. The engineer was booked for the next day, and was helpful, gave great advice, and I was more than happy with the cost of the work done. Would definitely recommend Aerialforce.

Do not trust this company or part with your money. They will do anything they can to say your warranty is void and want you to pay to come fix their shoddy installation. Cowboys!!!!

I had a very friendly engineer called Paul come out to wall mount my TV. I received a call less than an hour after contacting the company and the engineer arrived quickly. I was charged exactly the same amount as quoted and Paul was very friendly, fast and efficient. My wall mount looks fab very happy :)

Do not use this company. I had a slot between 1-6 pm no one arrived and didn't get a call to explain why. A total let down.

Total rip-off company avoid Engineer came on time plugged his finder in he was in for 1 minute said I needed extra parts £82 for 1 minutes work total rip-off company how do company’s get away with ripping customers of I could understand if he got his ladders out or even looked at the dish but not even that happened

Been let down twice with engineers not turning up, waited in 9-5 both days to be told at 4.30 and 4 that they wasnt coming, then to be told the appointment had only just been made at 2.15. Diabolical. Poor service.
