“Unfortunately I didn't get any quotes, but when I did after the work was done, I realised how expensive aerialforce are. Disappointed and feel ripped off!”

“The young man that came was very good installing our tv which I found was complicated he done it very quick, And Aerialforce were very quick in getting in touch with me after filling in the form on the computer.”

“Emailed with an issue in the morning, a short time later I was called back and advised on the service and pricing, engineer called Tim arrived early afternoon who advised what the issue was and how he could resolve it. Very professional, value for money and an excellent service end to end. Would recommend.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - The technician was great it was only to connect the tv up I was charged approx 66 including Tax and credit card fee they invoiced me for this amount and charged my card for £94 no explanation why such an amount more. I’ve phoned them and I got told to email someone and it will take 14 days for a response. No apology just fobbed off - they have stolen from me and don’t seem to care”

“Left an email late and received a call the next morning and a guy was here 20mins layer. Solved the problem and talked to me through it and showed me. Brilliant service, nice guy and reasonable price. Would highly recommend.”

“Whilst very pleased with the end result, I am bitterly disappointed with the price. When I spoke to a sales agent, I asked what the price would be and was told maximum £149. However, because I already had all the cabling, it would be considerably cheaper. The young gentleman duly arrived and was pleasantly surprised that all the cabling, aerial socket etc was fully in place. He advised that we 'could' have a booster aerial but we decided against this as this was £169. When he fitted the aerial, he then asked me to sign the quotation and then presented me with the invoice. I was expecting to pay about £100 - but was bitterly disappointed to be charged £169 including 20% discount! General advise to all potential customers, be aware that you are required to sign the estimate document - this should be done before the work commences. If I had known that a written quote was to be given, I would have requested it before the young man proceeded to fit the aerial. A good job was done, but I do feel ripped off and would not recommend this company, unless they are fully aware of the process - quote, agreement, fitting.”

“Fab service. Phoned to arrange someone to come out. They gave me an estimate of what the cost of installation of a digital aerial in a new build. The man came out the next day and fitted it. Price was the same as the estimate”
