“Well kind of but the picture on my tv pixelates from time to time what’s causing that ,plus he made a hole on the outside stair to secure the ladder ,I’m quite happy about (health & safety and all that but didn’t fill in the hole after . I had to sign 2 papers only realising later you don’t give a gaurentee.”

“We came home from a Christmas break to find our TV aerial had broken from the chimney. We rang Aerialforce who said that someone would come to fix it on the next day which was a Saturday. A pleasant young man arrived on Saturday morning and fixed the aerial for us very quickly. Good service”

“John Harris was the gentle man that sorted everything out and I'm ever so grateful.I called and needed my TV sorted ASAP as I had called another company and they messed me about .I had then called this company and they were there in 45 min if that .They were quick and professional. Thank you mad my nan happy she got here tv back. Regards samantha”

“the aerial engineer arrived on time and did everything efficiently. the cost was more than the quote that i got over the phone but it included removing old aerial and repositioning new one. averall pleased with the sevice i received, would i use them again yes.”

“Extremely poor customer service from the staff at the help desk. They cancelled two appointments and didn’t even have an ounce of sympathy in their tone. Then Ben lied to me and said I’d get another discount on top of the promotional discount I’d already been given, as they’d missed two appointments. When the engineer arrived he said he’d only been instructed to give the promotional discount and not a further discount for the missed appointments and he said he’d never known them give more than 20%. Yet, I’d directly asked Ben and he agreed. I appreciate it was close to Christmas and things do happen, however their customer service needs lots of work. Would not recommend. However, the engineer was great!”
