Engineer (Craig) was a pleasant chap, didn’t make a mess and had the job done quickly on the same day I called up to book an appointment (matter of hours later). Price was slightly above another competitor but since they got it done a day earlier was happy to pay.

Excellent customer service. Contacted within a couple of hours requested a quote to fit aerial. Appointment made for the following date for engineer to come out and assessed. Engineer very polite and tidy worker. Would recommend.

Super efficient. Came out same day. Enabled us to watch TV when BT and Sky let us down during a house move over the Christmas period.

1st time I called aerial force I booked in for a certain day and time. They then called me 4 times to reschedule it for a day early because there was an engineer local which I couldn't do as i wasn't there. They then called me an hour before I booked the appointment for and I wouldn't of been there until that time, they then told me they couldn't do it at the time we agreed in the first place. So I had to cancel it. I then called up a few weeks later. Booked it in and had a very nice chap come round (jake) and got it sorted stress free. 5 star for when it got fitted but because of the pain before I can't give it that

Agreed to come out on day of call out - didn't make it, but office called to let us know. We got first call next morning which was a Saturday. Engineer was excellent, informative, explained everything he was doing. In the run up to New Year this was a quick and effective response. Job done - fair price and happy customers. Thank you.

Excellent, friendly, competitive and quick service. The aerial was fitted and running withing 30 minutes and the technician was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Reasonable quote of £69+VAT to realign SKY dish. Unfortunately, they promised to come same day, but at 5pm called to say they would come the following the next day - lost one point for this. Otherwise, really good service.

The engineer was very efficient, smart and tidy. My mum is very pleased and would like to thank all involved for their efficiency. She is really happy to be able to watch her old videos and enjoy old memories.

Wasn't impressed, your fitter was full of cold, didn't want to be here, dropped my sky hub, moaned about every thing he had to do, sky hub doesn't work properly now.. Also I don't think it is set up correctly..

The technician who came out was brilliant and I can't fault the service he gave and I would give him five stars. However my first appointment was cancelled and was re arranged for the next morning but even then the technician did not arrive until 3pm. I felt I was kept hanging around for two days and that is not good service and meant I had to cancel other plans I had this part of the service I would rate poor so overall I can only give 3 stars and that's a shame considering the friendly polite service from the technician.

Quick appointment arranged, phoned to confirm and engineer arrived on time. James checked present aerial and showed me the results and recommended a new mast and aerial which was fitted in good time. This improved my reception a hundred percent with picture to match. Job done.
