“Not sure they are value for money. Cost nearly £400 for a new aerial and call out and when checked on-line can be sourced much cheaper. Explains the persistency in trying to contact me following my contact to them. Didn’t like the policy for payment - they don’t email invoice post visit and insist on payment whilst engineer is on-site. The engineer who attended was obviously a subcontractor. No issue with his customer service, my issue is the charging and invoicing policy. Next time I will explore local specialist and prices. Unlikely I will use again.”

“Can't recommend this company enough. AerialForce provided an excellent service from start to finish. We needed a new TV aerial and ports. They were able to come round almost instantly, quoted there and then and carried out the work that day quickly and efficiently. In about an hour we had exactly what we wanted and for a decent price. Chris, the engineer, was very friendly, quick and no-nonsense. Told us exactly what we needed without being a pushy salesman. Would use them for any Aerial services in the future. Excellent service.”

“A gentleman i look after who is extremely vulnerable, He has no family so relies on us and his neighbour. For a week or two he had an issue with his aerial connection so phoned these guys out. They gave him 2 choices. Choice 1 was to wait up to 3 weeks to see if it resolved itself (this is the only thing he can do now his mobility has deteriorated) Choice 2 was to a have a new tv. Now to this gentleman he was receiving a fantastic deal that was going to cost him just over £800. Out of curiosity i asked what size hes upgrading to as his is only a 26”. He was so happy when he told me he was going 2” bigger to 28”. Whoever came to his house to arrange it wasn’t expecting to be questioned when he brought this new tv as to what he was paying so much for! This man was very close to being ripped off by this company, they saw a vulnerable, elderly gentleman who lived alone and thought they hit the jackpot. Needless to say the same day he should of been paying over £800 for a 28” he paid £126 for it. They also had the nerve to post the cards to others who had already been warned. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have your facilities. Utter disgraceful.”

“I've had Sky tv installed but have had no signal or partial signal since day one. An Engineer from the TV Aerial company turned up and told me there was a problem with a feed box in the communal cupboard. I was charged £70.00 just to be told something I knew already. My initial request was for a quote for a straight forward installation on my balcony which he quoted me £300 for .Very disappointed and feel ripped off. still no TV and £70 out of pocket I tried to get another quote from another firm and was directed back to the same company. Even to leave this review on the Tv Aerial Company directed I was directed to Aerial Force. Confusing Company with unfair pricing strategy”

“I was looking on Google for cctv and Aerialforce were first on the page. After enquiring online, I got a phone call from them and a fitter came out within a couple of hours and we discussed what I needed. The fitter, John, told me which cameras were available and at what price. We agreed on a day for him to do the work, he came on time, he was tidy and after he finished he showed me how it all worked, how to rewind the system should I ever need to, he even showed me how to set it up on my phone. Overall I'm delighted with the service I received and would recommend Aerialforce to anybody who's looking for cctv”

“Very good. Helpful in finding the problems and then fitting a new junction box, fixing one of the out lets and finally adjusting the aerial position. Friendly and helpful. I would recommend Aerial force to others.”
