Was told not to deal with these lot but with the service I got. Outstanding company and hope the service continues with all yr customers and get 5* service I got.”

My number took a bit longer to port than I expected and I didn't receive any confirmation or updates about the process which I always have in the past. Don't know if that had anything to do with this company or if it was due to my old/new network providers.

“I've used Affordable Mobiles a few times now and it's always a streamlined experience. Phone arrived the next day (Saturday) and saved me loads compared to styaing with my current network or going directly to my new network. Communication is great. The only very slight negative, which could be down to the networks more than AM, is that the past two occasions I've given my PAC code and relevant info and it makes no difference as I still have to contact the new network with all that info again anyway.”
