“I purchased a refurbished IPhone 11 Pro Max from affordable mobiles, the device arrived and it’s faulty after not even 5 days. IOS has flagged the repairs to the device (specifically the battery) as non genuine and has now bricked the phone. After contacting support, who were completely inattentive, they are refusing to accept responsibility and also refusing to fix or replace the device. I would strongly recommend purchasing directly from your network provider and avoiding Affordable Mobiles”

“Pride was knocked down from original estimate. One was fair- I'd put in the wrong model. Another was nonsense regarding scratches on the device- of which there were none. Better than it sitting in a drawer I suppose”

“Second time I've used Affordable Mobiles at the end of a mobile contract. Good choice of contracts. Easy to use website. Very easy to complete application. Keep you well informed every step of the process. Fast delivery of new phone and sim card. I'll no doubt be back at the end of this contract - why change a winning combination.”
