“Great service upon the following morning of my order I realised I didn't really need to change phone or network and asked if it was still possible to cancel order and agreement especially as hadn't been 24 hours since order confirmation. I was informed it was too late as phone had already been picked and packed however as a good will gesture took £20 off my first months bill to thank me for staying with themselves and the agreement. Still waiting for payment but I have no reason to doubt a company who seem to provide a genuine caring and helpful relationship to their customers. Would highly recommend and it's a shame you can't cut out the middle man with these global giant network providers and provide your own phone packages and sims etc as would make people realise more to them its all about money but this company put me first and even as a brand new customer showed me I'm a valued customer not just a money earner for their business.”

“Used Affordable mobiles when buying a personal mobile on retirement as had always used work mobile in the past. Reasonably priced contract with more than enough wi fi time for my needs, no complaints for first 2 year contract.
On completion of contract staff couldn't quite grasp fact I wasn't totally dependent on my mobile and it took some time to help them undertsnad my minimal requirements, but once they did I was happy with their support and have a really affordable second mobile contract with them, once again more than enough wiFi time etc for my needs. My only suggestion and its serious .... perhaps they should have selcted staff to deal with elderly technophobes as its hard for young people who have grown up being totally attached to technology to begin to understand my indifference to all the add ons and gizzmos they wanted to encourage me to have.

“I purchased a refurbished IPhone 11 Pro Max from affordable mobiles, the device arrived and it’s faulty after not even 5 days.
IOS has flagged the repairs to the device (specifically the battery) as non genuine and has now bricked the phone. After contacting support, who were completely inattentive, they are refusing to accept responsibility and also refusing to fix or replace the device.
I would strongly recommend purchasing directly from your network provider and avoiding Affordable Mobiles”
