DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they provided me with a faulty mobile and have still bot given me my money back even though i returned it 11 days ago. Poor customer service. They just don't care at all. Very quick to take my money though.

Delivery guy never delivered my mobile phone. I have made a complaint to DPD and I’ve cancelled my order.

I've had two phones now and I received a faulty speaker with my first one ad well as the phone itself was faulty I could not hear through the built in speaker properly. Also my phone company had down the wrong information about the phone itself. Finding it hard to believe that you also expect us to buy a charger and cable completely separate

Although I entered the PAC number into the form when ordering the phone O2 had no knowledge of this, allegedly, and I am still waiting to have my number switched over, more than a week later. All the while paying for the new contract as well as the old one. Quite shambolic.

Bunch of robbing c**ts. Offered £145 for the phone, in immaculate condition with no previous issues. Once sent they’ve updated they’re offer to £60 because of some fictitious issues found. Nonsense, the phone was in perfect condition Never use them again

It's all a scam. The cashback process is totally convoluted and time-consuming. I have just summitted my first claim after 5 months.. 4 more to go, and received a personal email response saying everything is in order and the claim will be paid. 3 days later, today, I receive one saying they have applied more hoops for me to jump through. I'm guessing this will end up in small claims court. Avoid this scam cash back complany.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. Phone received, faulty spent 6 months of to and fro mails, no one calls back, finally got a replacement and it is locked

Awful company, no body rings you back when they say they’re going to. I’m still without a phone which appears to be stolen. Live chat and constant emails falls on deaf ears

I had to pay over £500 cancellation fee because they didn’t process my return on time. Now I‘m really struggling to get my money back! I thought the consumer credit act will protect people from such a scam but obviously they have a way of getting away with this!

Utterly useless organisation. Avoid, unless you have hours/days to waste waiting for them to fix issues.. and pro-active customer service?? Forget it!! No communication, no accountability, constantly palming off responsibility. On the other hand, O2 have been totally transparent and have emailed me daily to find out if i had heard anything from Affordable Mobiles. My response: you must be joking!!

Terrible customer service I’ve been waiting 7 weeks to recieve my phone back and apparently they still have no updates. They either totally blank your emails and live chat or they tell you the same thing that there chasing updates!!!

Dreadful. I rang them within 14 days of contract starting. They have no record of this. Phone is a Honor magic4lite. It does not get signal in my house. I looked for wifi calling and not on phone. Affordable mobiles told me to contact Honor. I was emailing honor for weeks, starting 4/10/22 before they arranged a repair. Came back, still not working. Wifi calling now on phone and enabled and it says emergency calls. Emails to Affordable mobiles. They don't care. As far as they are concerned its now out of 30 days so they say they will repair the phone but I have to pay nearly £9 for postage and if they deem faulty they will refund the cost. They even tried to say it was Honors responsibility until I quoted the law to them stating within 6 months its their responsibility. But I have tried to explain to them that I did contact them on 4th October 2022. Contract started 23/9/22. They just won't listen. I will never use this retailer again. I missed a call from the hospital when my dad was dying and was not there for my dad which has broken my heart. Many important calls just go straight to answering machine. And if you read Honor Forum it states this is a known fault from day one. Avoid using this retailer as they are uncaring and just want your money. Please remember that within 14 days you have a right to cancel. Within 30 days you have a right to exchange the phone. After that and up to 6 months, it is the retailer that must prove the phone was not faulty from day one. they may also charge for returning your phone if they can't find a fault to take screen shots of the fault if possible. Video it from another phone. and if they don't listen, bad mouth them to all and social media. Also Honor are as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Emailed them 2 weeks ago and no reply.

the phone arrived ok and within good time however, i was signed up without my knowledge for a direct debit monthly mobile insurance of £12.99. going back and checking their website it clearly states that you have to opt-in for this - however i certainly did not opt-in - rather shady behaviour.

ordered phone promised with next day delivery for them to take deposit money and confirm order, then told the phone is out of stock and delivery is 10-12 weeks.

Such an inefficient firm. “Next day delivery” and two weeks later all I am doing is waiting on chat rooms to find out where my mobile is. Avoid.

Received a faulty phone. For 2 days I have been trying to speak to someone to help me without any success the chat asked me to contact Vodafone .Vodafone ask me to contact affordable mobiles customer services and. Customer services asked me said sorry I can't help you and gave me number to call I rang I was told to send an email to carel@affordable.co.uk .I did .until now no reply l. No on wanted to take responsibility All of them workings from home and have no time for the customer's problems
