“I purchased a refurbished IPhone 11 Pro Max from affordable mobiles, the device arrived and it’s faulty after not even 5 days.
IOS has flagged the repairs to the device (specifically the battery) as non genuine and has now bricked the phone. After contacting support, who were completely inattentive, they are refusing to accept responsibility and also refusing to fix or replace the device.
I would strongly recommend purchasing directly from your network provider and avoiding Affordable Mobiles”
“Absolutely shocking service lost money having to wait in for the delivery which the driver fraudulently claimed to come to my property and noone was in when I have cctv to prove they didn't dpd dint care and neither did affordable when I got in contact saying yo contact dpd when I already had and they wasnt bothered affordable saying they can't do anything when under the consumer rights act it is they're responsibility todo somthing and chase the company they choose to delver the parcel”

“It's all a scam. The cashback process is totally convoluted and time-consuming. I have just summitted my first claim after 5 months.. 4 more to go, and received a personal email response saying everything is in order and the claim will be paid. 3 days later, today, I receive one saying they have applied more hoops for me to jump through. I'm guessing this will end up in small claims court. Avoid this scam cash back complany.”
