“Wow i have never come across a company this bad The chat agents tell lies You cant speak to anyone i am paying for a phone i have not used If you miss delivery you wont get your phone for 2 weeks I hope this review saves one person from your company”

“I purchased a refurbished IPhone 11 Pro Max from affordable mobiles, the device arrived and it’s faulty after not even 5 days. IOS has flagged the repairs to the device (specifically the battery) as non genuine and has now bricked the phone. After contacting support, who were completely inattentive, they are refusing to accept responsibility and also refusing to fix or replace the device. I would strongly recommend purchasing directly from your network provider and avoiding Affordable Mobiles”

“Absolutely shocking service lost money having to wait in for the delivery which the driver fraudulently claimed to come to my property and noone was in when I have cctv to prove they didn't dpd dint care and neither did affordable when I got in contact saying yo contact dpd when I already had and they wasnt bothered affordable saying they can't do anything when under the consumer rights act it is they're responsibility todo somthing and chase the company they choose to delver the parcel”

“Would of put 0 stars but wasn't an option. I received new phone from Affordables Mobiles last week 10/05/23. I notified them it was damaged when I got it. Still waiting for it to be sorted 19/05/23. A brand new phone with a cracked screen is that why they are so cheap?”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they provided me with a faulty mobile and have still bot given me my money back even though i returned it 11 days ago. Poor customer service. They just don't care at all. Very quick to take my money though.”

“I've had two phones now and I received a faulty speaker with my first one ad well as the phone itself was faulty I could not hear through the built in speaker properly. Also my phone company had down the wrong information about the phone itself. Finding it hard to believe that you also expect us to buy a charger and cable completely separate”

“Although I entered the PAC number into the form when ordering the phone O2 had no knowledge of this, allegedly, and I am still waiting to have my number switched over, more than a week later. All the while paying for the new contract as well as the old one. Quite shambolic.”

“Bunch of robbing c**ts. Offered £145 for the phone, in immaculate condition with no previous issues. Once sent they’ve updated they’re offer to £60 because of some fictitious issues found. Nonsense, the phone was in perfect condition Never use them again”

“It's all a scam. The cashback process is totally convoluted and time-consuming. I have just summitted my first claim after 5 months.. 4 more to go, and received a personal email response saying everything is in order and the claim will be paid. 3 days later, today, I receive one saying they have applied more hoops for me to jump through. I'm guessing this will end up in small claims court. Avoid this scam cash back complany.”

“I had to pay over £500 cancellation fee because they didn’t process my return on time. Now I‘m really struggling to get my money back! I thought the consumer credit act will protect people from such a scam but obviously they have a way of getting away with this!”
