Utterly useless organisation. Avoid, unless you have hours/days to waste waiting for them to fix issues.. and pro-active customer service?? Forget it!! No communication, no accountability, constantly palming off responsibility. On the other hand, O2 have been totally transparent and have emailed me daily to find out if i had heard anything from Affordable Mobiles. My response: you must be joking!!

Terrible customer service I’ve been waiting 7 weeks to recieve my phone back and apparently they still have no updates. They either totally blank your emails and live chat or they tell you the same thing that there chasing updates!!!

Dreadful. I rang them within 14 days of contract starting. They have no record of this. Phone is a Honor magic4lite. It does not get signal in my house. I looked for wifi calling and not on phone. Affordable mobiles told me to contact Honor. I was emailing honor for weeks, starting 4/10/22 before they arranged a repair. Came back, still not working. Wifi calling now on phone and enabled and it says emergency calls. Emails to Affordable mobiles. They don't care. As far as they are concerned its now out of 30 days so they say they will repair the phone but I have to pay nearly £9 for postage and if they deem faulty they will refund the cost. They even tried to say it was Honors responsibility until I quoted the law to them stating within 6 months its their responsibility. But I have tried to explain to them that I did contact them on 4th October 2022. Contract started 23/9/22. They just won't listen. I will never use this retailer again. I missed a call from the hospital when my dad was dying and was not there for my dad which has broken my heart. Many important calls just go straight to answering machine. And if you read Honor Forum it states this is a known fault from day one. Avoid using this retailer as they are uncaring and just want your money. Please remember that within 14 days you have a right to cancel. Within 30 days you have a right to exchange the phone. After that and up to 6 months, it is the retailer that must prove the phone was not faulty from day one. they may also charge for returning your phone if they can't find a fault to take screen shots of the fault if possible. Video it from another phone. and if they don't listen, bad mouth them to all and social media. Also Honor are as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Emailed them 2 weeks ago and no reply.

the phone arrived ok and within good time however, i was signed up without my knowledge for a direct debit monthly mobile insurance of £12.99. going back and checking their website it clearly states that you have to opt-in for this - however i certainly did not opt-in - rather shady behaviour.

ordered phone promised with next day delivery for them to take deposit money and confirm order, then told the phone is out of stock and delivery is 10-12 weeks.

Such an inefficient firm. “Next day delivery” and two weeks later all I am doing is waiting on chat rooms to find out where my mobile is. Avoid.

Received a faulty phone. For 2 days I have been trying to speak to someone to help me without any success the chat asked me to contact Vodafone .Vodafone ask me to contact affordable mobiles customer services and. Customer services asked me said sorry I can't help you and gave me number to call I rang I was told to send an email to carel@affordable.co.uk .I did .until now no reply l. No on wanted to take responsibility All of them workings from home and have no time for the customer's problems

Horrendous service I returned the original phone within 7 days and changed to another phone with them. They however took that long to cancel the original order that I’m now having to pay for 2 phones which I can’t afford and I can’t get my old number back! I’ve wasted hours and hours trying to contact them and you can only contact them via live chat not over the phone to discuss complaints. I’ve sent over 4 emails with the same message we’re chasing it up! I will never use this company again and will be getting advice on how to take this further! I’m also not sure the phones are new and not refrusbished as they battery on them doesn’t seem to last like a new phone normally does!

Keep calling even though have requested multiple times to leave alone, literally harassment now, "staff" all rude and patronising and seem to enjoy targeting vulnerable people with an almost sick pleasure. Need to be shut down.

I wasn’t happy with my service provider so cancelled within my cooling off period which they never actually cancelled and now 3 months later still being charged, i have contacted them and they are proving extremely difficult to deal with! Making me chase the old provider and chase them before they do anything with this! I got a contract through that company and when I cancelled and sent the phone back it’s up to them to cancel the contract which they haven’t! I would never use this company again and I advise anyone to do the same to save yourself stress and a lot of hassle.

£25 has been taken out my bank!!!! I do not want this could you cancel my order as I placed it and no longer wanted. I want no money coming out my bank for use. If this carries on I’m reporting use to fraud. Thankyou ellie

Was contacted by this company telling me my EE contract was coming to an end. I know that but how did you? How dare you phone/email me and where did you get my PRIVATE details? Any more unsolicited contact and a complaint to the regulator will swiftly follow

Do not buy a phone from this company! Took me 1/2 n hour to write this on the phone they sold me !! Had the last gone checked at Apple 🍏 genius - Canadian phone 📞!!! Replacement still shocking! Useless . Sent the phone back - no phone until replacement- 3 weeks !! What !! Do not use !! Shocking !!

Sent the wrong mobile nearly 6 weeks later still mot put it right. Emails asking the same question several times. Always an excuse. Had the wrong phone back for 2 weeks and they asked me where it was!!! Terrible communication even inside the company. Keep being promised compensation but nothing seen yet. Thinking of going to trading standards.

Terrible customer service, returned phone for repair and was told 4 wk turn around, 8 weeks later and still no phone and no explanation other than they are trying to source a new phone, this makes me think mines either been lost or sold. They never contact you, I’m now at the point of contacting trading standards over the company AVOID

Do yourself a favour and don't order from here. Worst service I have ever used, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I paid for a phone and they promised it would be delivered by a certain date. It never turned up, I have already paid a fee upfront, they didn't let me know that the phone had been delayed, the lady on the escalation team "Shuana" was very rude when she phoned me and they constantly phone me to try up sell products. I thought it was worth saving a couple £ but the hassle is definitely not worth it. I haven't had any positive experiences with them. They're a mobile phone company and their telephone line has been down for 3 weeks... that tells you everything you need to know.
