"Received a pixel 6 just over 12 months ago. Looked after perfectly and it abruptly stopped working. After returning to A1\/ Affordable mobiles it took over a month to receive a response advising phone was beyond repair. Offered a 3 month old pixel 7a as a replacement which I assumed would be in a similar condition to the phone returned. Instead when it arrived today it had a significant scratch on the screen which is unsightly and would drastically reduce resale value. I informed A1 immediately and was told it was damaged in transit (not sure how when the packaging is immaculate) and I now need to submit a fraud report as I didn't sign for the package and wait for them to investigate. All this and I'm continuing to pay for a pay monthly phone I'm unable to use. You can't talk to anyone at A1\/ Affordable Mobiles on the phone as they only offer live chat- which takes an age to connect- or email. Please don't make the mistake I have and avoid at all costs"

"Terrible company would not recommend to my worst enemy, sent faulty phone then said after they had phone over 2 weeks that we can\u2019t cancel contact due to 14 day cancellation"

"Absolutely shocking service lost money having to wait in for the delivery which the driver fraudulently claimed to come to my property and noone was in when I have cctv to prove they didn't dpd dint care and neither did affordable when I got in contact saying yo contact dpd when I already had and they wasnt bothered affordable saying they can't do anything when under the consumer rights act it is they're responsibility todo somthing and chase the company they choose to delver the parcel"

"Would of put 0 stars but wasn't an option. I received new phone from Affordables Mobiles last week 10\/05\/23. I notified them it was damaged when I got it. Still waiting for it to be sorted 19\/05\/23. A brand new phone with a cracked screen is that why they are so cheap?"
