“Both blouses were way too small. They were mailed back, in their original packaging, three days after I received them. I have tried unsuccessfully for a month to get a refund. I do not recommend ordering from this company.”

“It took two months to receive my order. The cardigan looked nothing like the picture. It was horrible. The top they sent was a different one to the one I ordered. The picture was a long top with holes for the thumbs in the sleeves. The top was short. No holes although it was a similar design and the dress I ordered was a similar design. Really disappointed.”

“After seven days items have still not shipped. Funds already posted to account. Took extra funds from my account, and when I emailed they replied back they didn't ! I can see it on my account. At this point have canceled order and am having to file a fraud claim thru my bank never ever shop this site again !”

“The items are extremely cheaply made. I wanted to return some of them but it is impossible. The website will not download the required return label and the email site will not send. Good luck making that return within 2 weeks!”

“They took my money and have NOT shipped the clothing. They are NOT responding to emails either. If I don’t hear from them by tomorrow, I am going to file fraud charges with my credit card company and contact the attorney general’s office”

“Poor quality material, followed return instructions but website never downloaded the return label. This company obviously has lots of returns and makes it impossible to get your money back. Don't ever use them.”

“I ordered some new pants on 8 March, I have not received them, went in and give my number for my items and now they told me that I have no orders, shady place don’t use I’m just out my money.”

“My order arrived after 3 weeks, ordered XL on all 3 items one blouse fits perfect although the material is a cheap nylon full of static and not like the picture shows, the other 2 blouses wouldn't fit Barbie. Thought about trying to slim into them, no chance I like cake too much. Have tried several times to return the 2 items, cannot get the returns form to work. Never mind, lesson learned. Will not be ordering anything else.”

“The clothes are made of the worst possible nylon. They cling to you and are hot to wear. Basically they are not useable. It is a shame because the designs are good but the material is like a plastic garbage bag! Don't order - you won't like it.”

“Not a US company and clothing is boxy fitting. Necklines do not lay flat. Trying to return is impossible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“I ordered solid casual V-neck blouse number 164-559-5738 The blouse in the picture in the blouse I received are two different blouses doesn’t look anything like the one I ordered I’m very disappointed. Can I send my shirt back and get a refund or do I just suffer with it and give you bad reviews”

“I placed an order received order # and they deducted the cost of what I ordered from my account. And now when I go back to find out where my merchandise is shipping information etc it tells me there was never an order placed.”

“I gave this company one star only and that was because they actually delivered the products I ordered. However, the material is very very cheap and the designs on the clothing did not match the images on the website. Needless to say the material is garbage. Unable to wear. Do NOT waste your time and money. You will NOT get the item you see on the screen. It is very deceiving. 2 Red Flags for me with this company. All prices are reduced to an unbelievable price. No phone number or company address listed on website. I have also come to realize returns are next near to impossible. Very BAD customer service. They seem to be a very greedy company who will take your money and send you unwearable clothing. The above has been my experience. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. I have also learned what to look for now with other companies that are online and shop much more wisely. Save your money and time and choose not to purchase from Airydress.”
