“It has been over a month I have not received my order I don't understand what's going on no way to contact these people so I'm thinking y'all are a scam I want my money back if you can't produce”

“These clothes look great on the website but on receipt they are made from cheap, nasty material. I purchased 3 tops - the t-shirt is thin but just about wearable for a year or two in the Summer. The other 2 are made from a nylon type fabric which would stick to you if you were warm. I will not be returning them, just chucking them in the bin - awful. Do not be fooled into thinking you are getting a bargain.”

“They just don’t fit, they are cheaply made and are sized wrong. They say 3x but are more like a M. The dresses are cheap but what you pay in shipping you can buy a quality dress from Amazon and know you know what you are getting. I would send them back but I don’t want to pay shipping again and not get a refund anyway.”

“AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I purchased 5 tops my size but their sizing is all wrong, I was told to return these items and am now $34.81 out of pocket but do they care....not a chance so if you have money to throw away then purchase through them. The quality of the items is poor and is nothing like the pictures in the add. Be aware people this is ridiculous”

“I bought a pair of trousers which didnt look Like the picture they advertised. Asked for refund but once i sended back the ithem they Never refunded me the full ammount they took off £16 for no reason which i am still arguing about It. Am asking my bank To step in as i have prove of them saying that they was going refund me the full Total ammount. Rubbish quality trouser avoid”

“Clothing was bad quality, nothing even close to the pictures. "Easy Return" turned out to be not that easy. You pay for shipping from China, you pay for shipping to return center. My return been deluvered on Jan22, still no refund as of Feb18”

“Bought what looked like 2 shift dresses with flowers on the front. However they look nothing like their photos. Material feels like cheap nylon and I will not wear them outside my house. They are only fit to be worn as a t-shirt nightie. Very dissapointed as I was looking forward to wearing them in the Summer. ☹️☹️☹️”

“Do not buy from this company. Trying to return something and get a refund is impossible. They just send you round in circles in the hope you will give up which I have done so ended up with a product that's not suitable for me. They should be reported.”

“I am trying to return two dresses and it has been almost impossible. when I went to the website it shows that I did not buy anything, making it impossible. The dresses are not at all as shown in the website, they are very very cheap made and shapeless to say the least”

“I have never seen a company with such horrible customer service and products. Also the shipping time and cost are crazy, I paid 24 usd for expedited shipping and it took almost 4 weeks for my items to arrive.”
