“Cheap, poor quality fabric! the product doesn't look like the pictures. The dress is so thin it can be only used as a nightgown. I would be embarrassed to go out wearing that dress or blouse. I wish I checked all the reviews not just the ones provided by the company. Will never buy from this company again.”

“DON'T USE AIRY!!!! Our order was R3292.93 ($226.00). Airy put all the wrong prices on the invoice that came with the goods. On average they put it at 10% of the actual value. Customs in South Africa stopped this parcel because of the LOW VALUE on the invoice. Now DHL is demanding that we pay another R3354.20 ($230.21) for the parcel to be released because AIRY'S INVOICE WAS WRONG. This will make our purchase MORE THAN DOUBLE what we agreed on when we paid online. The amount gets more every day because they now charge a storage fee at customs too. I have emailed Airy numerous times, I got no reply from them and DHL is threatening me to pay their bill. My aunt also bought from them, and of the 12 items she ordered and received, only 8 items were correct. The other 4 items were random blouses she didn't order.”

“I ordered this amazing fur coat that was flowing in the picture and when I received it it looked nothing like the picture and was way to small for the size it was suppose to be i had such a difficult time trying to return it i just gave up very disappointed in this company”

“Tilasin 4 puseroa. Kahdessa mitat ihan pielessä ja yhdessä materiaali jotain ihan muuta kuin puuvillaa. Vaatteet haisivat pahalle. Yritän palauttaa niistä 2 täysin kelvotonta puseroa, mutta eihän siellä palautelomakkeet tietenkään toimi. En suosittele. Tuotteet eivät todellakaan vastaa kuvaa. Asiakaspalveluun en saa yhteyttä.”

“I bought 6 dresses and 1 pair of sandals as gifts. Im ashamed to give these to anyone. Im afraid I wouldn't wear one of these flimsy, thin see-through dresses to be called anything but a lady. So sorry. I hate returning merchandise also. So here they sit in plastic zipper bags. First of all, I was looking for website of Steinmart because they were going out of business. It appeared to be their site. Then upon check out I found Airy Dress. I took a chance anyway though I felt I'd been tricked after spending so much time shopping. Site imitated my usual SM store. All merchandise fit into a 7x15x12 box 6 dresses and sandals. Again you get what you pay for!”

“T shirt has one sleeve longer than the other!! Should have known better as it was cheap. You get what you pay for. I won't even bother trying to return it as it will cost too much. Lesson learnt.”

“The item was supposed to be a coat. Material is so thin and a weird sticky feeling mess that does not fit. Item is NOTHING like picture. I have been trying to return and the site wont take my information. Do not order from this company its a scam!!!”

“Wish I could leave 0 stars for this scammer company. Ordered a COTTON BLEND dress and received a cheap and nasty, sticky, plasticky, staticcy, synthetic. It is unwearable. And as it's not got any cotton in it, I can't even use it for a cleaning rag.”
