“ajio is worst online shopping app... they delivered damaged and defective product... and when u rise return and request then they simply said that product was delivered u in good condition.. ( i also attached the response given by ajio care and also attached image..) as well as they not allow customer to open product in front of delivery boy.. i ordered one top and top one sleeves completely damaged.. and i rise refund and return request many times but unfortunately they refused to refund or replace that product... such a embarrassing situation for me... i request many time and also called many time to customer care... but no positive solution given by them.. they never trust on their customer.. one think i suggest that whenever delivery boy deliver any product then please make sure that items should be open in front of customer...”

“I placed an order on 5Mar2024 a denim skirt with ruffle which delivered but as I had size issue. I put it on return request but it didn't pick up from Ajio then after 30 days or more I called up customer care for the same then they asked me to self shipment as per their instructions on phone and text messages I did self shipment but now warehouse is not accepting I don't know what is the lack of communication between these two.. and here I am suffering a lot...Ajio is harrassing me by providing new new instructions...they are not doing their work properly,they only be seated there for harassment”

“I have put return request for 3 items and refund is initiated only for 1 items. The delivery partner picked up the 2 items without collecting OTP and still now no resolution provided for the refund of two returned items. I reopened the ticket and waiting for resolution”

“Ajio is a pathetic website. Its been a week the products are delivered to me and it is not yet marked as delivered. Now I am not even able to return the product. Their customer care is just pathetic and incompetent. They are frauds just keep you in trap.”

“Pathetic service no one to handle the escalations.. I was talking to the agent Arpita but she fails to handle the call and it was not even transferred to the senior… I ordered clear size and received call and it’s not returnable item and in exchange it is showing the size I want not available.. why the seller sends the wrong product if they don’t have the product … it s this the way of making money”

“Writing this to let you know that my exchange order got cancelled. They have mentioned under the reason that they tried multiple times to deliver the product but we were unsuccessful. Exchange ID is 195041910205274 I had placed the exchange order on 28th March 2024. I kept on tracking on app. It said delivery delayed for some reason. Today they said can't exchange your product. Let me tell you nobody ever contacted me regarding this. I was at home all the time. Now I am not able to exchange the product or return the product as the window for exchange/return was closed on 3rd April. Now who's fault is this? You didn't manage to deliver the product. It's clearly your fault. Give me either my money back or give me exchange product.”

“Bought Axium shoes from AJIO ... the sandal fell apart in 3 wears within 2 weeks time ... reported the same to AJIO multiple times and they reverted back saying Axium shoes donot give any quality guarantee and they cannot do anything . Beware when you order Axium shoes as it is very Bad Quality, please see photos attached herewith. DONOT TRUST AJIO.COM blindly as they donot take any responsibility of products being sold on their website”

“Recently I ordered a short for my son. As the quality was not good I returned the item and expressbee person came to my home and picked it. But after pick up I got the msg that pick up failed. I raised a complaint and AJIO has closed the same by telling that the person has not picked up the item. +91 94481 16393 Is the number of the person who picked the T-shirt from my home on 4/4/2024. I never expected such a worst service from AJIO and now onwards won’t believe this service.”

“I ordered a cotton kurta and because i received a defective product with no tags and wrong size i wanted to return the same but the delivery boy refuse to take it back as it had no tag and the ajio customer care is very poor. Similarly it happened to me in a prepared order with myntra. The terribly fail to provide good customer service. Very bad experience.”

“I purchased around 6-7 T-shirt from Ajit hardly a month back. About 3-4 T-shirts colour got faded and few round colour T-shirts collar got stretched. It is all about quality and the authenticity. I paid huge amount for these TShirts . I called up to customer care no one listing. This is how Ajio is cheating customer.”
