“Ajio is a fake company they started scam business now a days.This is a fake site as per experience. When you order something and later you want to return it. They will make you fool. And after that you will loose your money and stuff both. Literally they are playing with emotions of customers..Don't buy products from this side after purchasing product if u want return or replace these guys are saying this particular product is not refundable or exchange.I called their helpline for 3 times. No resolution was given and I felt like such a fool to be scammed so easily.”

“Ajio is a fake Ecom company they started scam business now a days charging platform fee of 10 to 100 rupees on each product and which is non refundable weather to take product or not. Biggest scammer now a days. Please don't buy from them they show offers but they are actually not cheating people showing offers”

“Fake site... Higher prices with worst quality material....On returning my order all together they deduct Rs.177...Rs.29platform fee that is okay but Rs.148 for what????? Looting customers...Never buy from Ajio... Returning is also a very difficult task...”

“How dare you TAKE CONVENIENCE FEES WITHOUT DELIVERY OF A PRODUCT I ORDERED. THE SELLER FAILED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND STILL AJIO DEDUCTED CONVENIENCE FEES. BE PREPARED TO PAY HEFTY CONVENIENCE FEES FOR SERVICE AJIO HAS FAILED TO DELIVER.”

“Do NOT buy any items especially clothes from the Ajio.com website. They simply trick the customers. I just bought a white tshirt that is totally transparent, when I try to do a RETURN on it, the customer care executive is telling me "this item cannot be returned"!!!!! In the item checkout it was clearly mentioned all items can be returned or exchanged. Now the executive is telling we cannot return as per policy. Where was this mentioned??? Not in the checkout or in the item description. Stop tricking your customers , pls be honest and fair. Not buying every again any item from Ajio. Regards Geetika Madan”

“I ordered 4 shirts but they sent improper sizes like slim fit instead of regular fit, regular fit instead of slim fit, while i tried to return that they are charging some amount as convenience fee, this is the mistake done by the person who sent the product why customers facing loss in these kind of orders.”

“One of the pathetic app. Customer service is ruthless and rude and speak to the customers like they are doing great work. They are selling second hand duplicate stuff and assuring you the quality. Guys pls be aware of buying from this app as they will give you fake products under brand name and will speak to you rudely when they are not able to return or refund it. BE AWARE FROM FAKE SITE AND FAKE BRAND.”

“Worst app to buy anything. I order 3 product from AJIO and I received only two with worst quality felt like they were used with no package n all just throw like in one bag. And then I return them to get my refund then they were saying we have scheduled your pickup like whatttt?? I didn’t received it what should I supposed to return you? And doing nothinggg I regret of using this shit…”
