“I have ordered from ajio app through my application. My delivery date was 3rd of march and i was waiting for my product to deliver ajio sends sms that i will get product on 3rd date but product was not delivered they send so many fake attempts for delivery and when i call costumer care i dont get satisfied answer. First time i use this app but this is the worst service i have recieve from any company. I will not buy anything onwards”

“First time I ordered with AJIO, very bad experience.... I ordered for a 5 piece combo skirt for my daughter. The one which I received is entirely different patterns and prints, in that 2 were damaged. When I saw the return FAQ's it was showing that we can exchange the one which we have issue with. So I placed an exchange and the person came to pick and deliver the new pack but he wanted me to return all the 5, where I used the other 3. When I called the customer support they refused to give the refund and also they did not give any solution for the exchange. Cheating the customers in the name of offers and discounts.. Since AJIO is a big brand, i thought the product will be nice and this first experience became the worst experience, will never ever purchase anything from AJIO again. Very disappointed.”

“Ajio sent me a product vide Shadowfax. The delivery partner Shadowfax from Bhetapara, Guwahati, Assam told me that they don't have a vehicle to deliver large parcels and hence had to collected personally which is bizarre and crazy. Ajio must stop relying on such partners for delivery”

“It's my first time to order from Ajio. And I have received 1 product wrong and other 2 product are missing. The expected delivery data was extended and then all this issue. Over due to there mistake I had to return a product and in that they cut some convince fee. And now I have to wait more 10 days for them to investigation for missing product. All this is so irritating. I would never order from Ajio here after.”

“My honest expirence is bad with ajio clothing site. I am very disappointed they charge platform fees and convience fees.Dress was out of stock after placing order and after 2-3 working day the order automatically cancelled and not refund initiated. I am very dissppointed with ajio and services.If will definitly not buying any product in future from ajio.”
