“I have bought tshirt from Ajio and Prepaid for it. And now in application i see that product shows it’s delivered but I have not received it. Even in the package they are telling it should come with the other one. It hasn’t. The package was not tampered which means they did not send only. And now after raising case with them they tell that they check everything is fine from there end and resolved the case. Now my money is wasted and i dont have the tshirt as well which i paid for”

“Ajio is ver inefficient in delivering the order on time... and without delivering... the company itself puts it for return giving silly reasons.. like .. buyer not available or buyer returned the product.. it has gvn lot of stress.. people out there.. think twice... bfore ordering the product from ajio”

“30 sarees were ordered 21 of them delivered 1 was cancelled , supposed to be received 8 . 1 month 100s of mails been sent with all explanation but only response in all of them delivered as per there investigation. Loss is 5500 rupees . Ajio is very disappointed and fraudulent service”

“AJIO is a risky app the moment u buy anything online using ur card they can auto debit the amount from ur card with needing OTP Happened with me Suddenly I received a msg of 52518 rs debited from my account same vendor I shopped which was AJIO very risky I suggest no shopping with them”

“Ajio is a big scam. One time they delivered fake Tommy Hilfiger jeans. One more time they delivered wrong Wrangler tshirt and the return process is worse than dealing with a government organization. So guys please stay away from Ajio as much as you can and shop from Myntra or Tata Cliq which are honest apps and true like their respective owners.”

“I ordered an item on 22nd December 2024, with delivery expected in 3-4 days max. First, they delayed the delivery and i waited patiently. Then on same day 22nd of December they themselves cancelled the order. On checking with the customer support , they said the product had defect on quality check and so they cancelled. The refund did not come and they raised a complaint after 5 days on 27th December for the same. Today 06th of January 2025 and still refund not processed. By keeping the money of customers and torturing them, they are working like one of the fraud companies.”

“I ordered 2 t-shirts from Ajio, but when I opened the courier, there was only 1 t-shirt, and that too was of bad quality. Your delivery personnel do not allow you to handle the courier until the payment is made. This is cheating and fraud against the public on your site.”

“I’m a regular user of ajio since 2022. But as year passed their costumer service has declined so drastically can’t express in words. They have a really pathetic costumer service by now. They Never shipped the ordered product on time and also they send wrong or damaged (torn) items sometimes. And also take longer time to pack and ship the items almost more than a week nowadays. And now they are looting costumers by adding convenience fee and also charge extra fee on COD. Beware customers they have become a fraudster company by now. Really pathetic work by AJIO, will stop using it now.”

“Tried to exchange a item that i purchased, delivery person tried to cheat me by charging me again saying it has to be paid for as we have not received the cash, then I asked for a replacement, and now they have taken the item and claim that it's not picked up so no refund. Big scam by Ajio”

“This is the worst app. We need to order in bulk to get coupons. Once we do that, partial products are delivered. They won't take partial products in return. Inspite of coming across same situation, multiple times, I keep ordering from here. I AM GOING TO DELETE THE APP NOW.. that's my new year resolution”

“I ordered 6 items on 14th December 2024, with delivery expected in 5-6 days max. First, they delayed the delivery and i waited patiently. Then on 25th December they themselves cancelled the order. On checking, they said the product had defect on quality check and so they cancelled. The refund did not come and they raised a complaint on 27th December for the same. Today 31st December and still refund not processed. By keeping the money of customers and torturing them, they are working like one of the fraud companies. Cannot believe this is a Reliance company!”
