“One of the worst experience I had... I had ordered for Lee Cooper Formal Shoe my Order Id : FL0263442036/317578761... They delivered a Damage product and I raised a request for return in APP from there they have made my life HELL... Every day I am receiving at least 5 IVR calls which says ''Sorry we were unable to pickup and ask for reschedule or Cancel. Till now I have received more 100 calls no one came for pickup nor anyone is bothered to resolve my issue …. Please don't buy anything from AJIO one of the worst service. Not Recommended”

“Not even close to what products look like in the picture. The quality of the material is something like you'd never wanna wear. Never been so disappointed with online shopping experience ever. Had to return 4 out of 5 tops I ordered. I'm a person who would still consider irrespective of the size, colour, change in style but this top's material and the way it's manufactured is very cheap.”

“Worst app to purchase any item. I have ordered for arrow sport blue trouser size 36 but supplied 32 size trouser of gray colour. I have applied for refund but the agency cancelled it 4 times and still I could not able to return the product. I will not recommend any one to purchase from this app and loose his money and piece of mind. Madhu Singh”

“i ordered in bulk and i got all parcels but item is missing inside the courrier, in pay slip , invoices they mention correct piece of order but inside there is problem... vry disspointed never expected this to ajio.. i made a mail to ajio, they will respond me within 24 hours as i got and automatic reply from customer care! if they do not help me out i will not gonna shop again !”

“NEVER BUY BULK PRODUCTS YOU WILL LOSE ALL MONEY IN EXCHANGE. they never attempt delivery and on their own lie attempted. and take full amount payment. I AM GOING TO DO A STORY ON RADIO FM, < AS I AM AN RJ.Pathetic response. pathetic service.. ordered 26 products, created a return for 5products. till now the return is not picked up, plus they say .. " we were not able to exchange today will try tomorrow," continuously for 4 days.. They said they refunded my order number to @MobiKwik, but no money of 1449 received. either in wallet or bank. order id FL 0259477017”

“AJIO = FRAUD I have placed order in March 2020 and today it's June 2021 still I have not received my refund amount. Several times I have contacted ajio customer care but they are lease bothered - always they say - you will get your refund in 2 days.. its been more than a year I haven't received my refund. AJIO is cheating customers.. If there was negative points I would have rated them in negative marks.”

“Ajio is the worst I have ever experienced. They will neither refund your money to your account nor they will respond to and what they will do is just calling 100 times .which is sooo irritating. I ordered 3 track pants last month and they haven't picked up the product yet even after complaining 8 times. And from my 2nd number I ordered a bag and made return request same day and they didn't picked a till a month after complaing so many times and when they picked up 1 week ago.. Soo they are not refunding Fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud”

“I have not received my refund for the product I have cancelled on April 19th 2021 (due to product delivery date problem) and refund also initiated on the same day Still I haven't received any money Even after contacting them through mails my issue is not resolved I have mailed them not only once or twice but 5 times Is this the way to handle customers? Really I'm frustrated with this ajio team.”

“I had to get a refund of an order I had placed. Delivery boy took the order in morning and came in evening with the same product and informed the order ID is not matching so it cannot be returned. He asked me to give in writing. I called customer care and the asked me for number starting with D. Then he said it’s the correct order it could be a printing issue in the product code and filled complaint. Next day the same delivery boy came for pick up and informed the complaint number was canceled and order can not be returned. I tried calling customer care 10 times but no response. Now I am forced to keep a product because of some printing issues of AJIO. Pathetic!”

“I bought many dresses in ajio i spent lots of money and it's worth to buy on ajio it is a very good app but some product quality are not good , I bought may dress in lockdown It has many offers , discounts and they respond to us immediately if we have any issues it is very very good than other online shopping apps... “I bought a shirt from camla products in Ajio. It's a gift for a friend instead he received the product with defects and with full of rat bites. I am totally disappointed. It's his birthday but ruined. U ruined it. Is a customer service a joke for you, check before send it twice thrice to not to spoil cutomers trust.”
