“After trying multiple covers for our fire pit which were poor fitting and when it rained left the fire pit wet I decided to try Alco for a custom fit. It was a little more expensive but well worth the extra money. It is much better quality and fits perfectly, even better than the original cover. I liked that you had more choices of color than black or tan, I got brown that matches my furniture. I thought the whole process was easy and good customer service and I received it in a timely manner.”

“We had an outdoor bar built for our house and wanted to protect it for all seasons as it can't be moved and we live in upstate New York. After searching numerous outlets we decided on ALCO. We sent in the dimensions and they made a very durable cover that fits like a glove! The material is heavy duty and I am confident it will last for a long time. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Great job!”

“I HAVE A ODD SIZED CUSTOM MADE GRILL THAT NEEDED A QUALITY COVER. I WAS TRULY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND DETAIL THAT WENT INTO TO MY CUSTOM MADE COVER. MY COVER WASN'T DELIVERED WHEN FIRST PROMISED BUT WHEN I CONTACTED THEM, THEY REFUNDED THE EXTRA MONEY I PAID FOR SPEED DELIVERY RIGHT AWAY AND MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED CLOSE TO THE PROMISE DATE ANYHOW. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY COVER AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN”

“Can't say it enough how great the covers are! I had a custom one made for a outdoor sectional I just bought. It's pretty simple just measure the sides per the diagram they provide and they will make it for you. Fits perfect and looks nice too! Well worth the money. High recommend!”

“I ordered patio furniture covers from Alco Custom Covers. Prior to ordering I did quite a bit of research on companies that make these covers. My covers were delivered today, and I have to say I am absolutely DELIGHTED with the quality and fit. While there were companies to do this order cheaper, none had the overwhelming volume of positive reviews Alco Custom Covers has. And, Alco's prices were quite reasonable. I did the 18 gage cover with zippers and am sure they will last me for years to come. By the way, they were ordered on Saturday, April 11th scheduled for delivery on May 23. Delivered today May 11th. Would I buy from Alco Custom Covers again? In a heartbeat. 😎”

“Customer cover for outdoor furniture -- The product arrived on time and met all of the quality spec's laid out in the website. During the whole COVID downtime they answered emails within hours and gave me confidence my orders were in process. To that point have ordered another cover for additional furniture.”

“Customer service is amazing. They answered questions I had and responded very quickly. I had a cover made for my buffet. Need to protect it from kittens scratching it. It arrived yesterday. It fit like a glove and the quality was superb. Thick vinyl with a zippered front. LOVE IT!!!!”

“Thanks to Covid-19 my order took a month to receive it (received it yesterday from the time I placed the order). However, I'm very happy with quality of the material. Probably I'm too picky, but, the fitting is a little too loose. They add an extra inch and they round up the fractions to the higher number and that could be the reason. It is not that bad as to have to return it, but, I'm too critic of myself. I would like to extend my appreciation to the service received by my coordinator, Sheila Cornelia. My design was a little complicated and there was a lot of back and forth because of my measurements and my demands. She was very patient and courteous and helpful while coordinating the realization of the cover for my BBQ furniture. It surely takes a person like her to bring to realization this type of projects. My wife is very pleased (she is the boss). :) Let's now wait for the durability under the hot Arizona weather. Meanwhile, we will be enjoying the beauty of the BBQ undercover when not in use.”
