“Despite the Collier Row, Romford store being packed with pre-Christmas shoppers the staff were keeping the shelves well stocked while keeping the cages out of the way. That pressure on them didn't stop them taking you to the shelf when you asked where to find an item - two different staff did this.
All tills were open and on a Monday afternoon so only one person ahead in the queue to pay. Have you ever watched an Aldi till operator scan your shopping? Special training must be given for them to be that fast, although having a wrap round bar code must help.
