“I got the help to my house very quickly and transported to the hospital”

“I fell and could not get up. Help came within 15 minutes and got me up and into bed. They shut off all the lights and locked up when they left.”

“This is her daughter Maury. Thank you so much for being there for my mom. She had a heart attack and was taken by ambulance to Rochester General Hospital where she was treated and is recovering nicely. I also appreciated the call I got so I was home before the ambulance arrived. Thank you and God Bless!!!!!”

“Miss Clara is doing fine now and in rehab after surgery to repair her fractured hip. Having her Alert 1 button allowed her to contact our local 911 services after a fall that left her immobile on the kitchen floor. Prompt help resulted in less severe injury and a faster recovery. Thanks!”
