“Hello, This is Rachel's daughter, Yvonne. My mom received care within 6-7 minutes after you called, excellent service! Which is why we contracted with Alert 1. She was admitted to the hospital ER and is now in a private room and doing much better, so thank you so, so much!! Also, very glad you emailed since I need to provide a new credit card number for the payments. Please provide the number (via email) to call to make this happen. “I am very satisfied. I recently upgraded my sytem to include fall sensitivety. It is very sensititve and activates very easily. Your staff has been most kind and accomodating. I try not to move to activate it, but know in an emergency it will activate. MY overall health is such that it is comfortating to that I Have it.”

“My mother in law lives alone and fell and injured herself and couldn't get up. She pressed the alert 1 button on her wrist and spoke to an advisors and they dispatched EMS and then called us to make us aware of what was going on. We are so thankful to have this for her.”

“I am writing this review for my 98 year old mother. She is very independent, does her own laundry, pays her own bills, etc. , but her balance is not good. I was not home when she fell. Thank goodness she had her Alert 1. She would have laid there for a couple of hours. Alert 1 took care of everything, called the ambulance. Thank you, thank you. As soon as she recovers, she will be wearing it again.”

“Pressed button, received response in 87 seconds, E MY arrived in 14 minutes. I took a fall and couldn't get up. The boys got me up, took my vitals and went on their way. Other than being a little sore today I am fine.”

“Our mother was having chest pains in the middle of the night along with breathing trouble. She pushed the button on her first alert and as advertised help was there. She was taken to hospital and diagnosed with a heart attack. Thank you!”

“This is so well worth the money. My 90 year old mother has been able to live independently, rather go to a nursing home for many years by having the alert necklace! She fell yesterday and had to use the button to call for help. Her cell phone was out of reach so this was perfect. So worth the money.”

“I fell outside and hit my head hard on the driveway blacktop. So thankful I had my button. The Alert one lady heard my cries for help and immediately called my neighbor. Since he was not home, she called the ambulance which I needed. What I appreciate the most is how you kept my brother , who lives in another state, informed that I needed an ambulance, the. You called him back to tell him which hospital I was being taken to. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you very much!”

“Yes, my sister had fallen and thank goodness Alert 1 was there to call me to go over and help her. She has only had Alert 1 for a couple of weeks and I am so glad! Talking to her and letting her know that I was on my way helped keep her calm. We are very pleased with your service.”
